I have been using this CVS for a long time and have always been satisfied with their service. There have been times when things have gone wrong (my fault not theirs) and the pharmacist has always worked with me to make it right.

1-15-25 @ 1:25pm:
showed up fresh out of surgery 5 mins before they close to drop off a prescription. wait at the drop off tube for a few mins and then get told they are closing for lunch even thought we got there before close, waited at the tube, and just needed to drop off a prescription. we went inside and just asked if we could drop it off and the lady refused service, closed the window, and walked away.
extremely rude, unprofessional, and not willing to work with those who arnt asking for much. especially those who just got out of surgery and simply wanted to drop a prescription off.

Really negative experience here tonight. You can no longer call the pharmacy and speak with someone. You have to leave a message. I did all of that. When I arrived for pickup, the pharmacist was obviously unhappy to be there. They refused to finish the final steps to complete my prescription. They said they didn't have time (25mins before close) but it'd be ready at 8am tomorrow morning. It's been over 30 days since last filled. Not an insurance denial. Just employees refusing to sell me my medication. I think as a CVS in the "Medical District" they would treat patients and customers with respect, not as an imposition.

Usually I can get my brand Ritalin with no problem. I've been out for 2 weeks and CVS keeps saying they're out of it. I'm a narcoleptic and need this medicine twice a day. I have to have the brand. I don't understand what the problem is in getting it. I understand it may not be the fault of CVS, but someone needs to be more active in this problem!

Very slow and just generally impolite pharmacy staff at this location, do yourself a favor and use the Publix a couple of blocks away

I HATE trying to contact the pharmacy with the new message option. Every time I try to call the pharmacy the recording trying to force me to leave a message instead of letting me speak to me pharmacy

I have tried to use this pharmacy for several years only because it is so close to my home. They are very often out of my medication so I have to go across town to another store. Also , NEVER LEAVE A Prescription “on file” , they will not keep it. My doctor will not call in scrips so I have call the office, go get it and back to CVS and wait till they fill it and back to get it . Such a pain. They always say “ sure, just leave it here on file “ . When I call for the refill, they don’t have it AGAIN. I thought Walgreens was bad but looks like I’ll have to switch back.

The pharmacist at this CVS is very rude, aggressive, and appeared aggravated. Her tone is condescending and she seems stressed out and as if she took her frustration out on me. She made a mistake when filing my medication, but did not take accountability and admitted to not even reviewing my record and it’s entirety. I will not be using this CVS Pharmacy again.

I use CVS every month going on 3 years now. Today I call to get a prescription price. Right off the bat the girl was rude and acted as if it was an inconvenience to do her job. She told me I can give you the price, but I can't tell you how much it will be with your insurance without the prescription in front of me. Which I know is a lie ,because I have called the pharmacy before gave my new insurance information to the lady on the phone and she gave me the price without the prescription in front of her. So I tell her I have no insurance as of right now can you tell me how much the price is with the RX card that is used every month for my prescription, because for some reason my two prescriptions the price goes up and down I never know how much they are going to be. Again as hateful as she can be no I can't without the prescription right in front of me. Which like I said is a flat-out lie. My exact words to her were wow someone's having a bad day I'm going to pray for you. So after we hung up the phone I did so. Anyways I've never had a problem with this Pharmacy or the employees until today. I don't know who she was, but if you're having a bad day when you enter the workplace leave your personal stuff at home. When you come to work, come to do your job instead of lie and act like it's an inconvenience.Disappointed in CVS today.
