This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The customer service is terrible and it's very clear that the pharmacy staff don't care about their patients at all. I've moved to a locally owned pharmacy just down the street and have noticed a tremendous customer service change. It's like night and day, honestly. Stay away from this place at all costs--my experience was truly horrific. Medical professionals are supposed to care about patients and want to help; Not make things harder and more difficult.

I can always find what I need on the app first then know it's in stock to save me any wasted trips. This store in particular is nice bc the aisle are well mark. I also like coming here bc they always do so friendly. Oh...and they have a ups shipping service to boot. What's not to like.

This store, and it’s staff, are always absolutely amazing. The front store employees are always friendly, and helpful. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. I wish other pharmacies I’ve had to visit in the past had operated at this level.

Useless passport photo for online passport renewal application. CVS can read the passport requirements for online application "Do not scan a printed photo or take a photo of a printed photo. " So the 2 printed photos I paid $17 for are useless. CVS did not want to give me the digital copy. Useless service in 2022.

The CVS store on Winchester Rd. The one I usually go is always clean, organized and the associates are always very kind and helpful. I have always a very good experience. I always get vitamins for my husband and me and my make up too. Lol. I find things easily. I like to come to this store. It’s always a Welcoming environment. The prices are not too high according with what the prices are on these days anywhere else. Good job CVS. Keep it up ?

This by far is the worst CVS ever the pharmacy dept staff is very rude and not helpful at all. I stopped by this store to get my cold medicine that the other store left out of my bag it's a behind the counter kind. I am trying to talk to them and find the card for it they are not listening to me and close the gate on me for there break. WOW

We are so pleased with our service at CVS. We call in our prescriptions and within a short time we go to the drive thru and receive excellent service, pleasant interraction and all questions, if any are answered. Your staff are professional, greeting us with a smile and we feel respect and kindness each visit.

Arrived early for vaccine. The nice worker could not take my daughter early due to scheduled 11:00 patients. She said if they don’t show, she could take my daughter early. Well this was 10:45. There was no one waiting or in the store. A 11:30 patient walks up and she does the same thing. So we wait together. Still no 11:00 patients. Then 2 walk-ins walk up and the lady schedules them before my daughter and the 11:30. Not complaining about the time, because I understand. I guess I should have asked to move to a 10:45 slot ?♀️ Hind sight is 20/20. Now, the person giving the vaccine is overwhelmed. ?♀️

Don’t promote walk in vaccinations if you don’t do walk ins. Wasted trip.And the CVS Right down the road on Winchester does walkins because I just left there and they are doing them but they only offer the Moderna, so I had to come here where supposedly they do not do walkins. This company structure is a joke

Told them my 13 yr old great nephew may not have insurance. He was denied covid vaccine. They don't care if they gotta file a claim. Notified cdc. Should be free period!

Don’t shop here.I signed up my wife to get her Covid-19 vaccines at this store. If they tried to make it more difficult they couldn’t. When we got there we checked in a the front and had to go to the pharmacy to have her insurance verified. I had it verified online a week early. The lady at the pharmacy didn’t know what she was doing and had to get someone else to do it. We then had to back up front to sign in and get the vaccine card then go back and get her shot.The second time we had to do the same thing over again.
