This happened about two weeks ago and I'm still fuming.
I went in as a walk in and asked if they had any open availability. I was immediately taken back to get started. The young man (he didn't introduce himself so I don't know his name) asked me what I would like done and I said 5 inches at the most straight across the back. My hair was to my lower back. He cut it to MY COLLAR BONES. He didn't comb my hair, part it to get the best hair cut possible, left literal chunks of hair a few INCHES too long that I had to trim myself when I got home. It's not even straight across the back, it's wonky and uneven. He took maybe 5 minutes to do all of this and I left with immediate regret of walking in there. I understand it's just hair and it'll grow back, but he didn't have to disrespect my wishes like this and could have at least given me an even hair cut. Can't recommend this place at all.

Called and asked how much for 2 French braids. They told me 10 a braid so $20. However, once my hair was done, the final price was $25. I asked why it was 25 when I was quoted 20 and they said it's 15 a braid and my stylist was told to just add 10 to it. So maybe I got a deal ?♀️, idk. I'm ok with the price and the braids look ok but I didn't like that i was quoted something different. This was a simple task I feel like should have been easy to quote correctly. This was my first time here and I don't think I'll be back. But like I said, my hair looks fine and the people were very nice.

My favorite place to get my haircut! I've been there twice, and both times the staff were patient and understanding. Plus, my hair looked amazing!

I M new to the area and didn't have a stylist to do my hair. So I search fir nearby salons. I called and asked if there was a stylist that serviced African American and was told yes. When u arrived, I was asked to sign in and someone would be with me. After about 7 minutes, I was told to come in back I will assist you and there was no need to wait any longer than you have to. Omg, she was awesome! Great Customer service. She explained the products she was using and we even had a few laughs. She made me feel very comfortable. Also, my hair...the bomb ?!! LOVE IT

Crystal did an awesome job! Walked in, wore my name & time I walked in & 15 minutes later I was finished! Very pleased with my haircut & the price of the cut! Funny side story: I walked by Crystal’s chair when she reached out to stop me. I thought she was going in for a hug so I gave her a hug lol

Maddie is the best !! She is highly skilled as a barber plus cosmetologist. Great personality and the atmosphere is very inviting. Great place to go for anything you need.
