In my opinion this is the most depressing and lethargic medical office I have ever been in. We left after waiting a few minutes utes to be called to fill out initial paperwork. We went to another lab that we felt was much more efficient. I don't plan on ever going back.

Had a good experience at first. Wait time was short and the people were nice enough. Got in and out with no issue. However, 5 hours later I get a call from the hospital saying the person who drew my blood did it in the wrong order and I needed to go to the hospital to get the blood fully redrawn. Unacceptable for someone who has (self-admittedly) been drawing blood for 20 years.

I usually get my labs done at the Madison location and never had a problem. I recently relocated to Huntsville do I choose this lab for the convenience. However there was only one staff member and she was working the front and drawing blood. I was the first one there so I was fine but I felt sorry for her and the remaining lobby full of patients. The wait will be dreadfully long. This is an unexceptional way to run an office!!

The worst Lab ever. I was there waiting for almost an hour and they never call me, the receptionist is not a professional too rude and impolite. The couple of elderly people on from of me was treated so irrespectifuu. l

(Suite 100) I had zero wait time. Was in and out so fast. Also have to say THANK YOU to Andrea she was absolutely amazing. I've had horrible experiences in the past getting blood drawn but Andrea put those fears to rest and gave me the best experience I've had so far! She was so funny and sweet. 100/100 recommend!

At first, one of the ladies at the front desk was putting me off by being very critical of everyone and everything. It was so bad that at one point, I was going to tell my GP never to send me there again. However, once she took me back, she gave me the most painless blood draw I've ever had which totally changed my outlook on the situation. Then it dawned on me that in a medical setting, I would rather have someone who was rude, but makes damn sure everything is correct versus someone who is nice, but lax about the job. They are not mutually exclusive, but I now know she will do everything to exacting standards. I would definitely recommend.

I went to this facility at 333 Whitesport Dr. for lab work. They only had one staff member there and she was covering both the front desk and doing the lab work. I understand that this is not the norm and is stressful. However, there is no excuse for the rudeness and disrespect she showed to the two patients in front of me. The first was an elderly man who was confused and obviously very sick, the second was a very nice older women who told her four times that the doctor that was listed is not hers. When it came my turn and I found out that she was the lab tech - I left.Fortunately, the Crestwood Medical Group also does lab work at their Imaging & Diagnostic Center around the corner on Airport Road. Talk about night and day. Great staff. Competent and polite. Reasonable wait. Quick results.

I have been here 4 times now and have had to wait a very very long time each visit. They are either understaffed, poorly staffed, inefficient, or all. Came when it opened two times thinking I would bear the rush. HA! 10 people there thinking the same thing. Decided to go mid morning this time. No better. Latest visit was to give blood samples for later lab work. 2 hour + wait.

Honestly - the only reason I go here is because it close - but literally it is the worst lab in Huntsville.

The worst lab service I have ever used First experience was normal I waited about 30 minutes. The second time I waited over 2 hours for my labs to be drawn. I went Mon. 3/15/21 and waited an hour and they had not even called me back to do my insurance paperwork. I asked for my insurance cards and I. D. back as I could no longer wait. My husband and I both had to be to work. (They took my insurance cards and I.D. when I checked in at the front desk.) When I asked for them back I was informed they were just about to call me back to do my insurance paperwork. That didn't matter because from the looks of things it still would have been another hour wait for labs. The lady that was about to call me back to process my insurance was extremely rude. I finally got my cards and left. I called and asked my doctor to use a different lab. They explained I had to use this lab for pre-op due to Insurance. My doctor's office called and scheduled an appointment for me, hoping this would help with wait times. They had called both times prior after my appointment with the doctor and scheduled an appointment the same day. I was told I wasn't on the schedule when the printed it that morning. I tried to call back today 3/17/21 to reschedule said appointment because we have tornadoes coming and the weather is to bad to drive from TN. When I finally get transferred, they just pick up the phone and slam it back down without saying a word. The more I use Crestwood the more I realize I should have just made the drive to Nashville. Vanderbilt has been so good to me. In the 25 plus years I have never experienced anything like the issues I have had within the Crestwood network.

If you have problems with feeling faint from bloodwork, Holly is the person for you! There is a bed for patients to lie on while getting their blood drawn. Holly was great at making conversation and it helped me relax. I had come from my GP 10 minutes before feeling faint from the unsuccessful attempt. I couldn't believe that I had no issues with feeling faint. What a relief!Walk-ins available. I had no wait time personally. If you need bloodwork and have issues like me, I recommend getting it done here. ?

Had to wait a long time to get the test. Had a massive bill for a simple blood test. The billing company that Crestwood Lab Services works through (peryourhealth) is terrible to deal with. Tried for days to get my bill paid because the online pay option was down. This is probably the first comment/review I've ever posted on anything on the internet. So take that in to account when I say it was an all in all bad experience.

Arrived early at 735am for my 745am appointment. Problem - THEY'RE NOT OPEN UNTIL 8am. Why would you allow patients to schedule appointments (and thankful I didn't select the earlier times) when your facility is not staffed?ETA: Holly is a wonderful phlebotomist - it's corporate's scheduling tool that is the problem.

The people who answer the billing have no idea of actual laws. I received a bill 8 months after lab work (lol), I called to let them know I had since hit my max OOP where I have 100% coverage. She then told me she “attempted to rerun it” & it failed. Nice try, it’s illegal to rerun insurance you’ve already attempted to without calling the insurance and explaining and special requesting (insurance will kick back a double bill for obvious reasons). Inevitably you’re going to send this $26 bill to collections & I’m going to respond with a very large lawsuit. Stop having 3rd party phone answering people handle things that involve HIPPA, it’s not worth the lawsuit.
