I took my car here to get repaired after someone hit me and they wanted to make repairs under the table without insurance so they just paid for repairs. I felt bad for them so wanted the best possible price. I should have went to Joe Hudson not Corlette as quality of work is inexcusable. They don’t give you any updates and did piss poor work. A piece of cowl from my windshield was missing and they tried to say it wasn’t there when I bought it in which was bs. After arguing with them they agreed to replace it no charge. The bumper was repaired but they stuck the damaged trim piece back on instead of replacing that part which makes absolutely no sense. I just took the car and went someplace else and I was told the bumper wasn’t even aligned correctly when it was reinstalled. Never again zero stars. I used Harvest Body repair in Madison once and Joe Hudson auto repair and got amazing amazing work done.

Can’t say enough good about this shop. Fast, courteous & great quality. I used to have “a guy” but he retired. Finding Corlett’s and Nancy was a real gift. Pricing is reasonable too. Thank you Nancy

Can't recommend this shop enough. Got us in on an emergency and provided well over the bar service. Would recommend to anyone. I won't bring my cars anywhere else for body work.

I haven’t had great experiences in the past with collisions repair shop, but Nancy and the rest of them team there really exceeded my expectations in every way. They finished my car in less than half the time they quoted. The price for the repairs weren’t marked up, and we far more competitive than 2 other shops I got estimates from. The quality of the work speaks for itself. My 2014 car looks like it’s brand new again. I’m grateful and will be sending everyone I know there for their auto body needs.

I like Corlett! [Formerly known as Corlett Auto Restoration.] Nancy Corlett has been in the business here forever, since at least 1985-86! They painted my 1965 Mercedes Benz 230 SL a lovely dark gray in the mid-1980s. The paint job came out fantastic! I'm sure my husband (at that time) arranged an exceptional price, back when Marcel Corlett was running the shop, so I can't comment on the value. Marcel was so laid back and accommodating, I'll bet Marcel did the paint job at his cost since my ex actually sold gray market imported cars at this location. I spoke with Nancy recently when my husband wrecked his SUV back in April, and she was very knowledgeable, kind, honest and friendly to me on the phone. She explained that all the body shops were having lengthy backlogs because people were opting to repair vehicles instead of purchasing new ones. She recommended 1-2 other body shops for me to contact and use her name as a reference. Do consider Corlett when getting quotes for auto body work.

Called to make an appointment. Initially, it was pretty evident that there was no organized process around standard procedures. Nancy Corlett had called me back to inform me they could not take the appointment, which would have been completely fine, expect she was inexcusably rude.
