“I called and made an appointment ahead of time because I live an hour from the store. I was a little intimidated when first walking in. The store was full and I wasn’t sure what to do. I walked back to the Genius Bar and Kyle approached me and asked what he could help me with. I let him know I had an appointment and he took great care of me from there. Thank you Kyle!!”
“THEY SAVED MY DATA WHEN NO ONE ELSE COULD ! One day, my macbook pro decided not to respond to the power button - no response at all. Apple quoted weeks to repair, and probably wouldn't have saved my data. Two separate Apple-authorized repair centers couldn't fix, they only swap logic boards which wouldn't have my data - cost me a total of $3000 ! Powerbook Medic fixed it int two days by simply cleaning out a bit of corrosion on the board - and saved my data - for $345 !!!!!!!!! Love these guys.”
