We saw Dr Chism, we were very impressed with her knowledge. She was very patient with us. We did not feel rushed and she answered all our questions. Very impressed and highly recommend Chase!!!

Update. I had gotten my cat spayed at this facility. While technically everything is ok, after healing her belly looks distorted and one side seems to stick out. All of my family have had cats and dogs and their bellies didn’t look like this. I took her to another vet who said there was an access of loose skin and that the spay looked ‘botched’. I will not be returning.

The doctors and staff are so nice, and they are very knowledgeable. I know they will do the very best they can and go over my options for treatment, if I'm not sure what to do.

I am beyond thankful for the team at Chase Animal Hospital. My cat and I were in town on business. They gave me a wellness appointment within a reasonable time. There was a misunderstanding with an automated scheduling text and the subsequent call to confirm. When I showed up, I found out there is a pet there that has a very similar name that also had an appointment that day. Despite the misunderstanding, they still squeezed me in, and I was able to get my baby the check-up she needed, as well as her first vaccines. I am also thankful that they were able to catch her anxiety disorder before I got back home and took her to a full-time vet!! The prices were very reasonable, and they made sure that they didn't charge me for anything unless I knew exactly how much I was paying and what it was for, which I appreciate.
(Unrelated story but it goes to show how good their customer service is. Later on, I accidentally gave my cat a bit too much of the gabapentin they prescribed and they didn't judge me or make me feel stupid for doing so. They explained what I should expect as far as behavior, and she was perfectly fine after a few days!)
I highly suggest this animal hospital for all your needs!! Your pet and your pockets will thank you later.

Do You Get What You Pay For?
Heartbroken that Our Request, That We paid for, was Not Fulfilled.
Grief can So Easily turn to Anger.
Our beleoved 19 year old BoJack, whom we adopted after a friends unexpected death, a year ago, went over The Rainbow Bridge in her backyard the day before yesterday.
We were Honored to have her for her last year with us.
The Chase employee asked twice if we wanted the paw print or paw impressesion. As we stood at the back door of Chase the card transaction was completed.
Today we get the call that our Beloved's ashes are ready. But No Paw impression. The Paw Impression did Not Get done.
Did My Credit Card Payment, to have A Paw Impression, Have No Meaning to My Business Agreement?
Was our Beloved's body just tossed in The Pick Up Pile!
We Did Our Part. We Paid For A Service!
Do Better Chase!
Our Family is In Grief!
P.S. We Recognize the Benifit of A Great Veternary Clinic. We Wish And Pray that All those involved in Caring for our Loved Ones Are Good Stewards with the Service they Provide the community.
