Called them January 9th for a tire changed the tow driver said I had locked lug and my car had to be towed they got free money for coming to do nothing was told it had to be towed to the dealier or tire shop so going by what he said called another towing company got to the tire place the lug were not locked im was out of a lot money in a day of work because he didnt want to take the time in change my tire nerver will I call them again Marina towing shedid her thing coming out i

They took care with my belongings following an accident. Brandon, the owner is kind and has a laid back calm demeanor that is comforting. You young lady that runs the office is also kind and very helpful.The office and even the garage is clean and neat and orderly.

Took great care of my car and belongings after a wreck. This may sound crazy considering the line of business but their offices are Spic & Span. Makes me think and I absolutely saw that they take with everything they handle. Chandler himself is very forthcoming with information and pleasant and definitely takes pride in his company. I hated the circumstances but I'm glad that they took care of me and my car.

Update : owner called to ask about the situation and promised to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Very attentive to his company and making sure things run well with great service.Used them about a year ago with another vehicle and was quick to pick it up with great service. Today, I called and had everything finalized by 12:30. Was originally told 60-120 minutes. I called after about 30 minutes to get a smaller ETA window. Was told they were stuck on two accidents and had a car ahead of me, would call me with updates. Called about an hour later, was told they were currently picking up the car ahead of me, maybe another 20-30 minutes. 45 minutes went by and I called once more. Was told they just need to drop the car. Another hour went by, was told there was a problem getting it loaded and was dropping it off. Was another 45 minutes before they showed up. The guy was great and quick to pick it up. But I spoke to the same lady on the phone and kept giving the same answers as the hours past. Was 4 hours of waiting with the car or I was told to leave the car unlocked with the key under the floor mat. Was never given update calls either as informed I would. Was not impressed and glad the tow was free through my insurance.

Staff was wonderfully helpful and answered newbie questions clearly. The office and waiting area was very clean and neat. The only hiccup was that the cars were crammed so close together it was nearly impossible to open the door and retrieve items.

My daughter was in an accident and Chandler Towing was fantastic communicating with us every step. They reminded us to get our license plate off the car. All of the staff was friendly and wonderful during a very stressful time. The owner couldn’t be nicer!!Service: Car towing

I chose to try this company based on the Google high rating and reviews. I placed my call around 8:30am. The person who answered the phone (unknown to me it was the owner Brandon) was so polite and informative. I was missing a piece of information, was told to call back, and exactly what to say. I was told someone would be there in 2 hours. I hung up thinking I had made the right decision in contacting them. When I called back and stated what was given to me, the lady on the phone was dry and rude. I repeated what was said to me and then she asked me questions, so she could take down the information. When I hung up, I started to regret my decision. I waited until about 15 minutes from the original time I was given to call back to find out if the tow driver was on his way. When I called back, I was not pleased. She was rude, abrupt, repetitive without answering my question, and it seemed I was bothering her. I had to give personal information that wasn’t her business just to get a real response. This irritated me a lot because I am BIG on customer service. If I hadn’t waited so long for the tow, I would have found someone else. I finally received a call around 12:00pm from the tow driver stating he was on the way. Mind you, this is well past my pick-up time. At 1:15pm and still no tow, I called the driver to see if he was still coming. He apologized and told me he got called to an accident, because he was the closest tow. When he got here, I asked if this was normal for the type of wait I experienced. He explained things and I stated my displeasure. He told me to call and ask for the owner. That the owner (Brandon) was very responsive. I told him I would do that before leaving my review. I called and Brandon returned my phone call soon as he was available. I told him everything and he assured me that my concerns would be addressed. He took blame for my wait, explained to me why things happened the way it did and the reason behind it, and gave me half-off. While I was in the car line waiting for my child, Brandon called me back. He informed me that he listened to my calls, my concerns had been taken care of and he gave me my tow on the house. I give this business 5 stars, because there was nothing Brandon could do about the time I waited, the anomalies that happened, but he did what he could control. I truly appreciated that. I will definitely try them again. Also, my truck was delivered to its destination quickly and undamaged.

Update: The owner called to apologized and send out another technician for the previous incident within a hour of it happening. My tire is now fixed and I'm happy with the customer service I received.Absolutely this worst roadside assistance service I've ever encountered! My insurance had them come out to change my tire but they couldn't do it because of a simple plastic piece! I called Volkswagen about how to get it off and they said it was a simple piece to remove with a coat hanger! I've seen other roadside assistance people take it off with a screw driver and at 4 months pregnant I was able to get it off with the coat hanger! I called Chandler back to come change my tire within 10-15 min max but they said they wouldn't because they need a new P.O! They have no compassion towards people in need! I even told them I would wait for them to finish their next ride if they could please come back and change my tire for me so I could get to work!Service: Tire change

I would just like to say a big thank you to everyone at Chandler Towing. From the lady I talked to on the phone that was nice, and very thorough with all the details I needed. To the driver that did a great job both picking up the car and dropping it off. Very pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend them.
