I have done business with Century BMW for over 10 years and after a rough start bringing my 330i from FL to be serviced I continue to be treated with upmost respect and the services performed on my BMW has always exceeded my expectation.

Terrible service, technicians didn’t have technology(systems down, understaffed). General, Sales and Service manager I needed to speak to, all “out of dealership” poor planning managers! No one took my name asked if a manager could call me follow up. (Poor understaffed service technician holding the bag for managers). Getting run around from BMW customer service 800# on engine mounts replacement! Faulty parts, won’t stand behind quality, finger pointing Century and BMW customer service. Hidden “ new”fees; 3% up charge to use credit cards. Loaner cars now 100 mile max mileage, + .50 per mile over 100, must be returned with same amount gas, Never buy BMW again, worse service…. Parts not available, parts (tires) not available, prepaid requirements for tires (told after I ordered them) $15 part cost for $3 fob battery replacement. $200 charge for 5 minutes “vehicle check service”When I ran through itemized bill for service, overcharged. You’re welcome to call me and discuss.

I was really impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the service advisor, Brandon Garcia over at Century BMW. He really exceeded my expectations and got me in and out in record time. Horrible BMW Customer Care experience at Century BMW Huntsville. On Thursday, August 22, 2024 @1:00, I had a service appointment at Century BMW Huntsville, Alabama. This visit was the worst visit I’ve ever had with a BMW dealership. As I drove into the service area, the Caucasian man seated at the second desk assisted me when I exited my vehicle. His mannerism was horrible and did not represent BMW service quality. This man was extremely rude as he told me I did not have an appointment. I had to show him the appointment confirmation on my phone. As I was looking for the email he started telling me I must be at the wrong dealership. After showing him my email, he scroll on my phone to find the telephone number to call to see if the service area had my tires available. Then told me I should have called before I came. When he began to fill out the paperwork, he walked over to my BMW, placed the paper on my BMW to write on. When I asked him not to do that, he continued to do so. When I came inside to the waiting area, I spoke to Chris, I think I have his name correct, who was very understanding. I explained to Chris that I did not want to check out with the same man who checked me in. Chris got my information and gave it to Jody, who continued to display the wonderful customer service that I have experienced so many times with BMW. I was and am extremely disappointed that BMW would employ someone like the first man I came in contact with to be in customer service. His mannerism was deplorable. I expect a return email acknowledging my complaint and disappointment with my visit to Century BMW Huntsville on Thursday, August 22, 2024. .
