Good grief! I had an appointment for noon today, all I needed was an oil change. It was gratis since I just paid $300 two months ago for unlimited oil changes for 3 years. First experience after this.
Jody is no longer handling my account, he was outstanding. It’s Brandon. Ok, change is inevitable. I did come early, 11:30 and Brandon was with another customer on the phone. He later checked me in and I began waiting, heck, I was early so a longer wait is expected. But, after 2.5 hours of waiting my husband called and asked where his wife was. I asked him to pick me up and he countered, ask ETA so you don’t call me in mid transit, in the case it was almost done.
He is the smart one so I listened. Asked Brandon for an ETA and was informed that my vehicle hadn’t even been looked at yet. My knowledgeable husband picked me up and we went to Johnathan’s for dinner. … would you believe it wasn’t until 4hours 48 minutes after my scheduled appointment that I received a text. …didn’t read my vehicle was done, instead claimed I had $2400 in repairs that were needed and to let him know what I wanted.
Hummm.. interesting. I have owned five or more BMWs in my life and NEVER had this poor customer experience. So disappointed.

Bought a 2015 Cadillac SRX with 104k miles on it. Interior was better than exterior, but it is 9 yrs old. The outside is gonna have to be clayed for rough feeling minor contaminants in some spots. Real good service records kept. Owned locally by two different people over 9yrs.The deal was a good deal I thought. Hoping we chose the right car. It rides great.
The people at Century Automotive seem to be good honest folks. They had put new tires on it.

Tried to purchase a truck from lol this dealership ok they have a 2018 which they are asking 28.999 ok I have a 2021 truck that is in as good or better shape than the one they have I was offered 29.500 for mine. Now would you not call this dealership thieves I do! And they actually think that we are stupid as a potential buyer well at least that’s what they want. Folks this was
A freaking joke of an offer and I expressed my disbelief. I would never consider doing business with this ? of a dealership. RUN PEOPLE. What’s the use sir your sales manager is the one ripping people off and you allow it. 500$ more for my truck is pathetic and you know it.

Great experience. Love the no haggle price and fast process. Took about an hour for the paper work to be done. No waiting in the finance office all done with your salesperson. For pre owned asks for Trista she is the best.
