In the past, I could always count on Burlington when I was wanted an all-weather coat with a zip out lining. The fashions must have passed me by. They have an enormous collection of jackets, but I didn’t find long all-weather styles. Haven’t found one the Internet either. I guess I’ll layer up for cold weather.
