We came in today with our toddler for her first build a bear. We had a great experience! Both of the employees were so kind and sweet to her! 10/10!

This was my daughter's first time going to the Build-a- bear workshop. It was a great first experience. The guy at the store was so friendly & helpful. We will definitely come back again!

My sister's and I went to Parkway mall to pass time while waiting to visit out mother in the ICU at Huntsville Hospital. We went in BAB to look around and ended up buying her a bear. The staff there was so sweet and nice, we couldn't have asked for better service then what we received!!!!
