I am frustrated and disappointed to be posting such a negative review, as I question if there is anything Brian Bellomy, or those in this particular office could have done due to the way State Farm runs their business. However, State Farm as a whole has been awful, and the local representatives seem to have their hands tied based on what they say.
We were in an accident and our car has been deemed a total loss. The burden of proving fault fell entirely to me, and After a week of fighting and gathering video from a nearby business, State Farm finally accepted our evidence and deemed that we were not at fault, and that the other driver was at fault. The other driver’s insurance accepted that they are at full fault for the accident. Unfortunately, both drivers have State Farm so their investment defending us as customers has been unconvincing.
Every step has been a battle, and finally after proving not at fault, I get a lowball “actual cash value” for our vehicle that is thousands less than what I could possibly buy a replacement for. I get told that my policy doesn’t cover “full replacement” but rather an arbitrary “cash value”. Never mind that we elected a full coverage policy as we have an outstanding car loan, but MY policy shouldn’t be called to question, but the at fault drivers policy that is responsible for payment… Our arguments and logic continue to fall on deaf ears as the adjuster is handling both policies. I don’t feel like my family’s best interests are taken in account or fought for.
So the unfortunate truth is my family is taking a huge financial loss, for my wife innocently driving our toddlers home from the playground. There’s nothing the local agent can do.
I will have no choice but to switch to another provider because of this whole situation. “Like a good neighbor” they will stand firm at the lowest possible settlement with no regard to what is right or fair.

The ladies here are so kind!! I was not able to meet Brian himself during my visit, but his office staff exceeds stellar markings. I ran into some (external) issues, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, even during their lunch hour. I don't know what they're making, but those ladies deserve a raise for their excellence.

I can't say enough good things about Brian Bellomy's staff! They are amazingly helpful, responsive, and friendly. I recently bought a new car, and they got it insured with minimal effort on my part, all over the phone. Then I needed proof of homeowner's insurance for a tax assessor's office, and Whitney went above and beyond in getting that taken care of. They really do more than you ask, quicker than you could expect, and with a remarkably friendly attitude. They have customer service perfected!
