I've been in this location twice, the first time I was not greeted and had to find the boots myself absolutely no help with sizing. I did purchase some Durango boots for my 5 year old because of sale price so I thought things may be better but I was wrong. There was a female with a hat a long hair that walked by me. 4 to 5 times putting up merchandise and not once asked Did I need help? And there was also a black gentleman there with a cowboy hat on that walked by me 4 times never offered help But obviously I wasn't the right color because a lady of a different color walked in and he immediately assisted her in looking for boots. Pretty sad situation. I was ready and willing to spend more money in your location, but not ever again.

Love this store! Clean and organized and even sells kids clothes! The store manager and staff are super welcoming!

Great service, staff and a very clean place. I was impressed with the setup inside and decor. Has that feeling of Nashville in Alabama. I will be going back or ordering from them real soon.

My son bought me a pair of really nice work boots the people they advise me to have them stretched because they didn’t have my size on my width. So I took your advice and now that I go to put them on they won’t fit so now I called the store Manager in charge was a complete pompous. Told me that the girls to help me told us about some kind of rewards which was never spoken. The receipt was lost . She wouldn’t even give me Exchange because the boots were retched from them, trying to help me to fit into them. This manager also talks to people like they’re stupid! I would never advise anybody to go to the store because no matter what you do they’re gonna find excuse one not to help you to not refund the money……..

Me and my daughter came to this store and had a horrific experience! My daughter is all about being southern, and she was beyond excited to shop at Boot Barn. Sadly we had not one but three disgusting encounters with all of the “managers”. We were struggling to find the youth section, and these ladies were extremely rude, entitled, and disrespectful! I was in complete shock of how these ladies spoke to me and my daughter! I will never be coming back and I hope this reaches any mommas wanting to take their babies shopping! Hopefully y’all can skip out on this awful experience…. Heather Lewis, Cecilia Morris, and Angela Duran God bless y’all and I hope you can learn how to treat people better in the future.

This was the first time we’d been to The Boot Barn. They have a great inventory. The guy who helped us, although he was a fairly new employee, was so helpful and told us what types of boots were the best for our grandson. This store is such a nice addition to Huntsville!

My husband needs a new pair of work boots. We drove all over Huntsville. With the type of job that he has, he needs insulated boots with composite toes and a block heel. There was not one pair of boots with those specifics in the entire store.
