The staff, especially the clerk who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They guided me right to the section I needed, making my book search a breeze. The store itself is on the small side, but I found that a relief — it made my experience more comfortable. Rather than feeling overwhelmed, I found the selection of books thoughtfully organized, making it easy to browse and discover new titles. It was refreshing to be in a space where the focus is on quality rather than quantity. Terrible service. I had an online order and waited 1 hour before it was given to me. I bought several items and asked for my pick up order as I checked out. I stood to the side and waited, one of the employees even said "Still waiting?". At the hour mark I asked if my order was missing or if they couldn't find it. They said "Was that what you were waiting for, we already put it in your bag." They had placed a small coloring box in my bag that was somebody else's order. My fault for be overly patient and waiting, but they were busy and I thought it was just waiting because it was the holidays.
