Daniel Toole and his team of service advisors made a difficult tire manufacturer quality promise nightmare a walk in the park. They gave me not only the knowledge how to hold the manufacturer accountable, but went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of. If you're looking for a place to take care of any and every Ford product need, this team is TEAM. Special thanks to Jeff Patten for his exceptional customer service and kindness in the midst of a difficult situation.

Thank you to a wonderful dealership who is professional, efficient and customer friendly. Everything went smooth and we love our purchase. Ask for Ryan! He went above and beyond even though it was late in the day and cold. He made sure we knew everything we needed to know about our new car!

Waiting 6 weeks to get car in and then told you need diagnostics it will be another 6 weeks to do that and then wait to be fixed. I would not recommend this company

Just called the service department on Dec 15 for my Mercury Milan Hybrid. When I described how my car responded to the recent cold snap down into the 20s by shuddering violently during acceleration and by the gasoline motor straining to pick up speed, the service department gave me a first available appointment date in March of next year. It is probably not a coincidence that the weather will be warmer by then and so they won't be able to replicate what the car is like after a night in a cold garage. I think they have seen this problem before and don't want to deal with it. It is interesting that I have had the car for 13 years (only 70k miles) and this problem has never happened before until after a couple of recall items were done to it last summer at the same service location.

I've bought two cars from Woody Anderson Ford and the first car at 60k miles timing belt broke on me. They would not help. Bought a Ford fusion and have had issues after issues. Now I'm trying to buy a maverick from them and there charging almost 8 to 10k over msrp. They said they are hard to come by so the price goes up. Even told me we are a no hassle price dealership. They won't work with me on the price or my trade which I'm upside down on because of the first car they sold me was a lemon. They wouldn't get the price to 600 700 a month on the maverick so they offered me other cars instead that I don't want. Just terrible customer service. Buying a car is a big deal and you want to feel good when you leave with your new car but I'm hating the whole process. They only focus on profit and what they can make. Came at me with a interest rate of 18 percent with ford motor credit. I do not recommend buying from the woody Anderson Ford dealership at all. Everyone has different experiences but I have had no good experiences at all dealing with them. Best of luck to you who reads this and hope this review helps.

My car was due for an oil change, and they were able to get my car taken care of. I appreciate it getting taken care of so quickly. They will even take you to your next destination if you are unable to wait. I love that option.

Postscript to my last review. Finally got a call back and they advised still nothing had been done- not even looked at. I calmly asked about the importance of an appointment to them, their usual business practice and how they would rate their own service. Didn't even get an apology. In looking through their Yelp reviews, this seems to be a standard practice at Woody Anderson. They don't even respond to their reviews. Bottom line is that they don't care.

I went in on Tuesday to purchase a used king ranch truck. They told me my trade was too new and that they would have to shop it around. I followed up Wednesday afternoon. I still did not get numbers till Thursday with a trade in of the wrong vehicle. To finally be told they would have to talk to the used car manger to make the trade happen. As I'm still waiting for numbers to make a deal I got a text to tell me the truck was sold and I should have acted faster and put a deposit down on it. So be prepared to have vehicle sold out from under you here.

They used to be very good. I took a 2017 Escape in yesterday for an oil change and a recall. Small job. The mechanic forgot three screws on the panel guard under the vehicle. How the quality control has deteriorated at this dealership is shocking. We will be taking our four Ford vehicles elsewhere for service. Last month I took my 2018 F150 in to the Quick Lane. Three small issues. Zero help.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I made an appointment for my 2010 Ford 150 to be serviced, flush heater core, and fix back-up sensors. My truck has approximately 127,000 miles on it. I took it to be serviced last October and they had no problem. When I took it in today, they told me they do not work on anything 2013 and older. The tech rep said since the appointment was already made, they would do the service, but not the heater core flush or back-up sensors. I took today off from work to have this done. When explaining to the service manager, he just sat there with a smug look on his face and said someone should have called me. Nobody did. Not only did they not provide the service they promised, they were rude and condescending. Not even a handshake through the whole event. I will make sure I do all I can to tell everyone not to use Woody Anderson Ford.

First off I hate dealerships in general I usually know what I want. Ben my salesperson was incredible he didn't try to sell me on nonsense and he kept me informed. This is my first Ford, and with the customer service I have experienced so far probably won't be my last.

It took them two months to diagnose the problem with my car, they are terrible with customer service, and then, when I was looking at getting a car, one of their salesman got mad at me because I didn't like the car he showed me and said I was making a bonehead decision because I didn't want to get it, wouldn't recommend going there or get anything there . oh yeah, and the salesman name is Eric Davis

Body shop didn't update me nearly enough, i felt i had to call them twice as much as they called me. They returned my vehicle with bedliner bolts exposed, inoperable passenger side door, and marker lights not working on the side of repair.See pics in post below, one side working marker light, driver side marker lights not working which was side of repair. Bedliner bolts in pic left exposed. To wait several months for appointment, another several months for repair, then the lack of attention to detail at a DEALERSHIP. Unacceptable imho.

One of the worst car Service experiences I've ever incurred. After having to wait nearly 3 weeks to get my vehicle booked in for Service I waited nearly 2 weeks after they had it without any communication from them. In fact, I had to go in in person because I could not speak to a live voice or get a call back. I had to explain the symptoms my vehicle was having 3 separate times and basically had to diagnose the problem myself for them. In total, they had my vehicle for 4 weeks. Never was there any offer of a loaner vehicle. And to add insult to injury, they overcharged me for an item covered under warranty and I then had to wait for them to cut me a check that was sent in the mail. Aside from apologies, there was never anything proactively offered from their side to even attempt to try and make things right or regain my confidence or business. As a lifelong Ford customer, I will continue buying and getting Service from Ford, just not Woody Anderson Ford.

!!!DO NOT BUY FROM WOODY ANDERSON FORD!!! I recently started having issues with my 2019 Ford Fusion. My husband called them on Monday December 12, 2022 & scheduled an appointment for Tuesday December 13, 2022 at 9:30am. My husband has been in contact with them throughout the week and IF they actually called him back it was always, "we haven't looked at it yet, but it's next." Fast forward to Saturday December 17, 2022 and no shock they haven't even looked at my car yet. And that was word for word what their manager told me on the phone. The manager was kind & was very apologetic with the lack of communication on their end. Now here's my main issue, This is an inconvenience for my family to be down a car especially during the holidays. Woody Anderson ford will not give me a loaner but continues to keep my car sitting in their shop untouched for almost a week. If they knew how long it was going to be sitting there, they should have not made an appointment almost a week before they could LOOK at it(not even start working on it). We have asked for a rental/loaner car for the time being since this is on their end as to why my car hasn't even been looked at until today Monday December 19, 2022. They denied me a rental car because they have "other people in front of me" that are also waiting for a rental car. This is absolutely ridiculous!! They are thinking it is something with the transmission that will need to be fixed which we all know will not be an over night fix. I have been as nice and polite as I can be but I would NEVER recommend someone to buy a vehicle from them given this is how they are treating their customers.
