Bought the 2nd best car wash and it basically missed the entire backside of my car. Significant amount of dirt noted immediately afterwards when I wiped my finger across it. Not sure what to do, may have to go somewhere else.

Great experience although it’s very rare that I go through a car wash because I prefer hand car washes. This experience was great, and the young 18 year old boy I’m supposing was a great salesman. He believed in what he was offering, and he believed in the service that he was promoting

I ended up getting the best wash membership here. All the employees are helpful and friendly. Can't beat the price for unlimited washes per month.I usually get my vehicle washed two or three times a week because I live on a mountain and the pollen is terrible in the summer.I looked at quite a few different ones and this was the best one for the price by far. Only thing is they don't offer a detail service, but their vacuums are great and they even provide some towels and cleaner for free.Best value for car washes I have found yet. Next time I will try to get some drone footage.

Asked the attendant to pay extra attention to the bugs on the front, as I was tipping him. He didn't touch the front end. Brought it to the attention to another employee. He made the effort, and even let me wash my car again, but I still have bugs on a clean car.

Great place to get a car wash! All the amenities to make your car look like you just drove it off the showroom floor. Highly recommend you check these guys out if your vehicle needs a little TLC!

I have the $30/monthly pass and use it every 3 days. Lots of tree sap, dirt and pollen accumulate on my cars that do not need to adhere. Wiped away in 2 minutes. Every time. Highly recommend.Services: Vacuuming

One of the best, easiest, care free car washes to go to. They provide microfiber towels (limit 2) and these spray bottles with blue liquid. I have no idea what it was but I used it to clean the interior, and it worked wonders. I was able to remove dirt stains off the plastic dash and from my cup holders. The mat machine that will clean the mats wasn’t working but everything else was perfect. The employees were helpful and one kept walking around checking on everyone to make sure everything was okay. I’ll definitely come back again and make this my go-to car wash!

I’ve been a member for a few months now, enough to understand a pattern. Tired of showing up towards the end of the day (currently only 6:00 PM on a Friday evening) to find them closed. Canceling membership!

I actually arrived about 20 or 10 mins before closing. I forget exactly, anyway, the young gentlemen working told me dont worry about it & to take my time. They were obviously younger, I would say probably still in highschool.I was so impressed with them & their great customer service. I expressed to the gentleman who greeted me, how sorry I was because it was so close to closing time & actually raining a bit. But I explained, I had a coupon that actually expired that same day at the end of the business day. Again he was so nice & communicated with me it was no problem. Then he asked me for my phone number.... He actually sent me a new coupon & it was one that doesn't expire. He told me he hated I had to waste my coupon on a rainy day so he sent me a new one to my phone.Anyway. The car wash itself was great, definitely the better automatic car wash Ive been to in HSV, & quite honestly, anywhere. Not only that , but I seem to literally struggle, every, single, time (!) finding a somewhere with a half decent vacuum. When I say they have the best & most powerful, better suction vacuums I've ever used, I mean it, hands down & by a long shot. I would also rather come to them & buy a cheaper car wash anytime I need to vacuum, just so I can use theirs.Great carwash & experience. Even when I came so close to closing time. I was truly impressed.I hope the young men see this & it inspires them to keep the awesome customer service up. It does not go unnoticed.

I pay a subscription for unlimited washes and go once a week. Always quick and easy and towels and stuff are kept stocked. Friendly staff. I just wish it stayed open later.

Highly recommend!Hunter and Lee met us with smiles and spent some time making sure my wife's jacked up Jeep would fit through the tunnel.
