The overall service was splendid, we went in looking for a van and were going to just step away but the concern from Donald understanding our situation helped us find a vehicle we could afford and be comfortable in with our large family, nothing negative to say about the staff, I appreciate their patience and understanding with myself and my children, and I recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle.

I came here to just look and ended up buying a 2021 Corolla LE ! Chris , Derrick , and nanie made my experience amazing.. so much so I feel stupid I ever shopped at car max. I will never go anywhere else again! Spend your money here ! They make it worth your time and money!! Chris let me test drive as many cars as I wanted and help me make my decision! He was very professional and made this process easy. Nanie was amazing as well he throughly explained everything to me in great detail and made me feel confident in my first big girl purchase.
