Brought in Highlander for recall on paint job. Took roughly 3 weeks. Got a nice Toyota Cross to drive in mean time. They fixed a small ding on rear and fixed the places around the door handles and edges of doors fantastic. Driving home I lifted vizor to discover windshield had been replaced to my surprize. There was crack on left working across. They didn't say anything when I picked up vehicle. Called wife she wanted to see vehicle. Drove to church in OXR pulled under cover where kids picked up. Several workers came out wanting to know if we had bought a new vehicle. This was an outstanding job. Work was better than could be imagined. GREAT JOB! THANKS, Barry & Irene

Our experiences with the Penney staff a when recently purchasing our car, servicing & (unfortunately)collision center have all been great. All staff have been helpful & professional. Highly recommend Bill Penney.

I dropped off my car after an accident. I finally got it back after 2 and a half long months. Still wasn't right. They got more parts in and I was still waiting on a call to finish the repairs a month later. I emailed Zack Penney and he called me 30 minutes later and also had the head of the collision on the phone with him. Scott got my car in and fixed so fast. Thank you for that. But it shouldn't have been that long of a very stressful process. I will not be using them again if I have the misfortune to be in another accident.

Unfortunately I have to rate this place low because they have been pushing my days back and back and sucks that insurance (State Farm) didn’t cover me for rental even tho accident wasn’t our fault

So I’m guessing my review got deleted, but I’m writing this review for others to understand that they need Pay close attention take pictures before you drop your car off with Bill Penny collision and then also take pictures after I hit a deer with my car which the only damage was the front driver side. My vehicle was totaled by State Farm and my guess Bill Penny thought that they were going to be able to keep my car or somebody working there did and decided to do what they wanted to do with my vehicle, so they have someone there that is dishonest and is shady because they cut the side of my air intake box. There’s a big hole I took pictures of what it looks like but I also took pictures when I went to pick the car up but I didn’t think to even look but when I scrolled into the picture that I took in their parking lot, it had a hole in the side of my air intake , I called up there and spoke to a man and he had stated that it must’ve happened in the accident. Well, I don’t think a deer can use a saw to cut the side of my intake box. There is even over cut from when they use their saw I do not recommend Bill Penny collision to anyone and if you do use them, make sure that you document everything and take pictures before and after and make sure you inspect your vehicle before you get out of that parking lot of every little thing , the man I spoke with might not have known anything about what happened but somebody working there is very dishonest and they’ve caused me a lot of problems i’m looking into what I can do about it. Not only did they cut the side of my air intake box before I left the parking lot, I spoke to the man because I popped the hood of my vehicle and I seen that The engine cover and all was missing which he claimed he had nothing to do with that and he also went back there like he was looking to see if it might’ve been back there and comes back out and says it was not So probably the same guy that cut the side of my air intake. Box also took my engine covers. It just makes no sense. Why can’t people just be honest I mean they thought they were going to be able to keep my car because the only thing wrong with it is it needed a front bumper cover and a headlight assembly that is it but they thought again when I said I was keeping my car. Mind you I drove the car from my house after I hit the deer that is still living. I drove it to Bill Penny collision with no check engine lights or nothing on the vehicle. It ran perfectly fine with no issues then I picked it up and the check engine light is on and it’s running like crap and now I ran the codes and it said air Pressure problem which of course cause there’s a whole huge hole in the side of my air intake box Which was not there when I dropped it off at Bill Penny collision.

Outstanding experience! Brought my daughter's 2015 Camry in to fix the peeling paint (manufacturer issue). The whole process, from start to finish, was easy and exceeded my expectations. The service advisors, most especially Erin, were helpful, prompt, and responsive - so refreshing! Randy did the estimate, and was patient and helpful in answering our questions before we made a decision. They handled the warranty claim start to finish, provided the rental car, and even arranged for a Lyft to the rental counter. They have seriously considered the customer experience every step of the way. Can't say enough good things about this team and the management leading them. I can’t say enough good things about Erin, Scott and the rest of the team! They went out of their way numerous times to help me over a 6 month period after my car was hit by a semi last October! My car looks brand new after having major body damage! When the insurance company initially approved to pay to replace my windshield then went back on their agreement after Bill Penney had already completed the replacement they waved my deductible for it, knowing I didn’t have the money to cover it! Erin was fundamental in every step of obtaining my car from almost 60 miles away, assuring I got my items back that where in my trunk even though I left them there much longer than I should have, and was extremely patient with me and my constant questions!!! Besides the amazing costumer service they did a fabulous job fixing my car and got done way ahead of the projected completion date!!
