I purchased a brand new Genesis SUV. My car is still under warranty and barely 1 year old. It will not start and something is wrong with it. I can not get anyone at Genesis of Huntsville to help me. I have called for days and finally just drove to the dealership. They told me they couldn’t get me a loaner vehicle for over a week. I finally come to get the loaner and they tell me it is not ready. They also wouldn’t help get my car to the dealership. Even with my car under warranty and barely a year old , I had to pay out of pocket to have my car towed and rent my own car. Whatever you do, beware of their customer service!!! It has been horrible. They could care less and I have had to beg them to help be at all. Still waiting on a car to drive right now. Just know you will get begging for help from them.

Wonderful buying experience for our new GV80. Daniel Rogers is a true asset to the car sales profession. He did not push us away from what we wanted, listened to our needs, let us do whatever we wanted with the car, and supported our offer to the sales manager. No pressure to 'buy right now'. He let us go on our way and think about the purchase without constant texts and calls. He also knew his product inside and out, a rare thing these days.
The dealership is quite good. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. We got a nice price on our GV80. No inflated market adjustments or pushy add ons. They have a good selection in stock, another rare item these days. Good follow up on the purchase to make sure everything was as expected. Full purchase inspection and detailing before we took delivery. Overall we couldn't be happier.

Everything about Bentley Automotive is outstanding. 3rd car purchased and have always been treated like a good friend. Professional personnel thru-out the entire business. Service Manager, Cary Floyd, and his staff are the best, period. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

This was my second Gensis purchase at Bently Gensis of Huntsville. I simply can Not stop thanking their Support staff, the General and Finance Managers for their courtesy, professionalism and personal warmth during our Genesis GV80 Prestige purchase!Absolutely No hard sale, No pressure to buy now, everything was laid out with Zero hidden or additive fees. The processing and document fees were, in my view, very reasonable to complete the sale. The most incredible point was this Dealership, Ownership Group and Sales Force did not use the new catch phrase "Market Adjustment Pricing" tactic to add non-value (increased Profit) to the customer as this is a Hig-Demand SUV. Having called and received info from at least eight (8) other dealers surrounding Huntsville (in and outside AL), Bently Genesis was the ONLY Dealership that did Not up-cost the car because Hyundai is still experiencing COVID and semi-conductor chip shortages as is every other automotive manufacturer. Integrity, Honesty, and Care is what this Dealership ecxells and demonstrates in every transaction. IF you are looking for a Genesis or Hyundai, look no further - this is the only place you need go to.Finally, Daniel (Danny) Rogers, my Sales partner! I can not express how exceptional, helpful, caring and attentive he has been in this year plus long adventure. We started talking about the Gensis GV80 over a year ago. He handed me the only (at that time) brochure providing info on this in test vehicle back in 2020. My wife and I drove over 11 different SUV's, chocked down our surprise at the pricing above the "base" model to get the features included in the Prestige trim. Nothing drove as well, nothing was as well appointed, nothing was as well put together in all our test visits and drives. Through it all, Danny encouraged us to explore and be sure this was the SUV for us. An amazing pleasant, even keeled and extremely honest man. You won't find a better Sales Associate to Help you find the car you want.. The best I've ever encountered. Great Service from the moment you arrive. My sales representative Jasper knows his Genesis vehicles. Took the time to walk me through all the features without any pressure of purchasing the vehicle. At the end, I bought two Genesis - GV80 and GV70. I must say the Genesis line exceeded my expectations in safety and luxury amenities. I found the Genesis of Huntsville dealership to be upmost professional; which was equally an important decision in purchasing the two vehicles. A shout out to Corey, who was very transparent in all the finance matters and made that part of the process stress free. In all, the Genesis is Luxury in every sense of the word, and the service provided by Genesis of Huntsville encapsulates the right choice I made here today in joining the Genesis family.

My wife and I went in to Bently Hyundai to have our Sonata serviced and drove out in a 2022 Genesis GV70. The deals and people were so good and so attentive and the new Genesis was so imprsive that the choice to purchase was easy.
