do not come to the kids section of the store. NO air conditioning whatsoever. starbucks and chick-fil-a drink garbage everywhere. NOTHING is organized in the kids area.

This store us an amusement park for browsing, they have everything in every color. I love all the great products to choose from. This is like a store mall. Loved it

Terrah, Ezzie, Tina were very knowledgeable and professional in navigating my girlfriend and I around the fragrances. They also were patient enough to help us find the perfect ones that suit us! Highly recommend these wonderful individuals!

Yo! They got shirts and pants and other stuff! Check it out, I found a 6 pack of handkerchiefs and some cufflinks there, and then upsold myself into some new shorts and socks that were on sale! Bada-bing, they got me! I did have to wander around for a while to find somewhere to actually pay though.

Good deals! A lot of discounts and sales. The place seemed a little cluttered, but overall it was a good shopping experience. Checkout seemed to have some issues. There was only one checkout in the mens/boys area. The line took about 5 minutes.

1 very rude cashier today. We walked most of the store looking for employees that could ring up our item. We found 1. Yes you read that right 1 very rude employee. We went by 5 stations, no one at the service desk. I would have fired the rude one on the spot. 1st she left the register as we approached it almost running 2nd she ran our item and told us to go to the shoe department to have the security tag removed. We told her no one is there. We had already been there. She immediately started on the next lady, while we asked for our money back 4 separate times. Maybe she was having a bad day. But. It sure seemed like she didn't want to work for check she received from Belk. Maybe that's what happened to the other employees that weren't there. Belk do better!

Hot as hell and no soap in the bathrooms.. any of the bathrooms. The women’s room smells like death. No wonder people don’t shop at bell
