“Great staff and wonderful customer service. During this visit I had to replace my battery. The customer service went above and beyond this day because my two vehicles I had parked in front of the door had been struck by a out of control vehicle who's driver was not breathing and unconscious. The staff assisted by calling 911 and helping me perform C.P.R. on the driver until he started breathing before first responders arrived and took over. Thanks to the staff the driver survived. My vehicles on the other hand, totalled.”

“I took my extension cord with battery backup/surge protection into store to replace battery due to it not working. Tech reviewed and found loose connection and tested battery and found that it was fine. Tech could have easily sold me a new battery. I appreciate their honesty.”
