My experience with Bathfitters has been an absolute delight. It started with Charles Hansen and his professionalism and knowledge of the product. He was awesome to work with and understanding of my urgency to complete the tub conversion to provide accessibility for my mother once she returned home from the hospital. Then there is the install. We suspected we would need plumbing work and had a plumber on call. The Bathfitter's technician work well with our plumber. Unfortunately, our original technician became and was not able to return. I was devastated because we had been without a shower for 4 days and did want to have wait another 4-5 days.. Thank God for Levi who came out to do the post-plumb install. He was very thorough, neat and super patient with my dog. I appreciate his knowledge of the company and the product it made the experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Bathfitter's and if you can work with Charles and Levi to get the job done right!

Levi Hickson did a great job replacing my old metal tub. He was polite and took his time to answer all of my questions. He was careful not to make a mess and did a great job cleaning up once the work was completed.

Our Bath Fitter Installer, Stephen Ray, did an excellent job! He was on time, very efficient, took every precaution with regard to removing, the old shower bringing in & installing our new shower & did an excellent job of clean up when the project was completed. Stephen checked with us regarding the placement of the grab bar, shower head & corner shelf. The entire project was completed in less than one day. We would highly recommend Bath Fitter & Stephen Ray.

Levi was very professional & did a great job!! It was hard.for my family & I to truly picture what our tub/shower would look like when he was finished. We were absolutely amazed at the transformation of our bathroom. It is beautiful!!! Much easier process than having to basically dismantle your bathroom to remodel & a lot more economical. We can’t wait until Levi comes back to work on our second bathroom.Services: Bathtub replacement

I had my old tub replaced with a shower. Levi did an excellent job, very professional, explained everything prior to starting so I would know what to expect, completed in a timely manner, cleaned up afterwards and then explained how to use and clean the shower.
