Mrs. Miya greeted me with a smile when I waked through the door. She was very friendly, courteous and showed great customer service. It was the best I’ve been shown since I’ve moved to Huntsville. We need more peoples like Miya.

Shopping with my daughter and having a great day until we get to the checkout. All other team members greeted us and had been so nice. The clerk and the male at the checkout seemed like there were more important things to do than be of assistance or pleasant. I had to ask how her day was since I seemed to be annoying. I guess I would rather drive to Decatur since their customer service is always pleasant.

Who doesn't love Bath & Body Works??? They have great sales and the people that work there are always so friendly. If you have never shopped here, then I highly recommend it.

Friendly and really niceYesterday I went to pick up the order and I missing 1 bottle hand wash, I oder 24 bottles but on my bag just 23 but it's okay, it was my fault for not counting the goods before I left but I really like the people working there.

I shop here a lot for buy online pick up instore, the African American male that was once at the jones valley location, HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, when people say, thank you the proper response is your welcome, not an eye roll, his attitude is DISGUSTING!! And I will contact customer care

We like to go here to get seasonal soaps. We used to use them year-round, but we're trying to tighten our belts this year (and a new plastic pump every time is SO wasteful!) I *did* notice that they now have cartons of replacement soap for some of their staple 'flavors,' so I may look into that.My absolute favorite is "Winter Citrus Wreath" and they only have it this time of year, so I stocked up on those for the master bath. We also got a couple of the "Sweater Weather" fragrance. My husband doesn't like 'sweet' flavors, so we avoid those, but they do have some good ones!The close quarters are a bit claustrophobic (there were a LOT of people when we went) but if you go in on a mission it doesn't take long to get in and out. :)

Always busy when I go. Staff is on top of it. They greet you when yoy come in, ask if you need help. Plenty of different options to choose from. Always love coming here. The smell is always amazing.
