IF YOU HAVE A SERVICE DOG DONT GO HERE.
I hope no one comes here with a service dog, the staff member was rude, we where told to leave that dogs are not allowed in, and would not let me explain that she is a service dog just that we needed to leave right then no exceptions.
Won't be back here again. It was humiliating.
TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON SERVICE ANIMALS BY THE ADA LAWS.

B&N is great, as always. I don't, however, like the current store layout. The categories are housed in U shaped pods that makes it more difficult to wander from category to category. Small problem but still annoying
