Great experience with the new owner of B-N-B Sign & lighting. Our estimate was accurate and they came out the next day and changed out the lights. Also, we ordered a new sign to be installed.

I DONT USUALLY LEAVE BAD REVIEWThe owner is lier I try to get quote from him he keep give me excuses it took 3 week but still haven’t get quote.when I told him it’s been 3 week to get quote why you didn’t send me and he told me to find someone else so you can see how the customer service isHe did come fix the sign and charge me 650 dollar and 2 bulb stop working already it’s not even 2 week yet I did give him a lot of business in past but not anymoreWhoever read this review please don’t trust this people they not doing them job.

I decided not to use this company because of the quote I got from Terry. I wanted to verify I was getting my best price on LED lighting on the side of our building and had a quote of $8500 from Prescott sign group. After speaking to Terry and describing what I needed, his quote was $110 per foot, or 420 x $110... $46,200.00. about 5 & 1/2 times more. although I felt it may more, $37,700.00 was so outrageous , I just felt it necessary to write a review about my experience.

My sign was not installed to my satisfaction. Every attempt I made to seek customer service was met with stubbornness and hostility. They kept "hiding" behind a contract that I never got a chance to look at. I would not recommend B n B to anyone
