He is courteous and kind he is thoughtful and he will always call and let you know whatβs going on if you want a great service advisor for your vehicle and youβre driving a Acura go see Alan. And they wash your car before they return it to you.β
βWent to the Providence location for a simple oil change. This guy named Trae was super professional and thorough. The world would be a better place is everyone handled business like himβ

βOh my god life savers. My exhaust SNAPPED IN HALF while I was driving. Less than 24 hours and 100$ later and boom! Brand new!! Staff was kind and very helpful, Tyler helped me and made the process quick and easy. Less than 2 hour wait. I recommend!! And tip these hard workers!!β

βI wanted to let you know that the lady that changed my oil, checked all fluids and my tire pressure did such a good job!! She also took the extra time to show me how to scroll through the alerts on my car that I never knew how to do!! Very nice to have a lady there and she (Callie W) made me feel very comfortable!!

βEric and Mike were an absolute pleasure to work with. I was looking for a specific spec vehicle and I am out of state. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. Mike even met me in Nashville with the vehicle and we traded. Eric was super transparent and the ideal rep to work with. Felt no pressure ever during the cycle which is refreshing. He understood my love for the Audi brand and they all shared my passion.
Mike is really a joy to work with as well and extremely knowledgeable about their vehicles. He is even shipping me a part that I asked to be included in the sale which is truly amazing service.

βI was so worried about trying a new mechanic to fix my car. Would they see a single woman and play games? But the check engine light came on, and it was running rough, so there wasn't time to wait. They fit me in the same day; diagnosed the car with something different than I thought; and fixed the car same day while I waited in their comfortable waiting area.Good, honest service. Will be back.β
βThe experience was good. The only thing I donβt like is ,, they charge a 3% to use a credit card. I donβt understand. Some people charge on it during the month ,,.,. and pay it off when it comes in. I may have to drive to Birmingham to get it serviced.β

βThis place is great. I've been here a few times and the service is always super quick. I'm always able to get in and out right away. I never have to wait. I love that they show you your dip stick when done and check your fluids and lights etc. Kelvin is always super friendly and professional and is able to answer any questions I have. He goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is great! I will continue to come back here for my oil changes because of him. I always know I'm going to get quality work! More places need associates like him! The rest of the staff seems very friendly and professional as well. This place is excellent! They also normally have discounts you can find on their website that make the prices a great deal!β

βCame in right before closing on Saturday. It was hot but they were happy to give me an oil change. No pushing upgrade services (said air filter looked fine, but didn't need replaced). Terren was thorough and very detail oriented. A great place for an oil change. Thanks!β

They did my Miata right with new shocks, springs, and transmission oilβ¦also mounted new wheels for me and did an alignment. Outstanding work and customer service. Definitely recommend this shop!β

I very much enjoyed hanging out with Brandon S. From what he told me he is not a sales rep. However at the time, the sails team were with other customers, so he stepped in and helped me out.
