After 5 hours of trying to add a line to our existing wireless plan that we hoped would be a quick trip, we were offered multiple deals that seemed too good to be true if we added additional services. Well they were definitely not true. Four months later, every single thing we were offered was either taken away by AT&T or we’re now being told was ‘false information’ we received from the store employee. Called AT&T customer service who says to call the store and the store says to call AT&T customer service. Please save yourself the headache and go with Google for internet and a different AT&T store for help.

People are extremely nice and helpful my only complaint is i was getting glass cover for my phone. $49.95.... declined and got one at Wal-Mart for $14.00...

I had a death in my family. #1 I went to Madison Blvd location with the death certificate, but no manager so polite but no help - just a waste of time. #2 I tried online chatting with an agent - waste of time. #3 I called the loyalty number and they canceled the line but said I owed $900+ unless I brought my deceased mother-in-law's phone to a store. #4 I went to the university store with the phone, which was polite but bamboozled and couldn't help. #5 My wife called this location at bridgstreet, and the manager said they would help us. Even though it took my wife a couple hours to arrive, this outstanding manager stayed just for us (i think they skipped lunch and/or stayed beyond their shift)!!! This manager resolved our outstanding issues. Thank you manager, I wish I knew your name to praise you in this review. If AT&T gives bonuses, you deserve a big one!

On a business trip in the US, I bought a prepaid sim card at AT&T, which does not work with any of my phones and not in a LTE dongle bought in the US. The employee was not able to figure out why this card is not working, rather if it was activated, nothing, and I should call a number. This might be difficult when your phone is not working. If this is the customer service they can provide in such a shop, why there is such a shop anyway. I will not recommend AT&T to any of my business partners visiting the US.

Went in to get a new phone and there was three employees with no other customers. The employees were more interested in playing cards than helping me. I went to the Apple Store instead.

I spent an hour on the phone with the idiots at AT&T corporate trying to get my wife’s phone ported over from Verizon. Dalton at the AT&T Store got me sorted out in 10 minutes. Cannot recommend this store highly enough.

Just do everything online. Even if the website says you can "go to any AT&T store" don't believe it. They'll literally tell you to go somewhere else. Of course, if you're into wasting your day waiting for in store reps to "help" this might be your best choice. Possibly the worst store in Alabama.

AT&T is an overpriced wireless carrier. Finally decided to cancel my account so I went to this location to cancel in person. They gave me a number to call. The person on the phone gave me a number to call so I can transfer my current number to a new carrier. He said once the numbers are transferred over, it'll be cancelled (not sure why the guy at the store can't just give me that number). I didn't leave the store because I still had to pay my remaining balance. Went to the only associate available. I need to pay off everything on my account prior to changing carriers. He said ok but he had to get something. He got up and left and 10mins later a different associate finished up with a customer so told him I need to pay off my bill and the other guy just went to the back and never came back. He smiled like he knew that guy just takes breaks if a customer needs assistance. I guess once he saw someone left and one of his coworker is available for me to talk to he came out from him break or whatever he had to get to assist customers...

I made a mistake transferring data from my iPhone 14 Pro Max to my grandson's new iPhone SE. The AT&T staff at Bridge Street Madison Alabama helped me restore my phone. They are awesome.

Came into store to upgrade a current device and add a new line and purchase a new phone. Was warned ahead of time that I would have to wait and there were 2 people in front of me and at the time that was fine. When someone was finally able to help me they completed the upgrade no problem. Then we were told one of the devices we were going to have to order because it was not in stock. So the gentleman went through the process of porting the phone number and ordered the device and took the payment for the taxes. The gentleman who did the transaction did not go over any details about the transaction such as how much the phone would cost, how much the line would cost, did not go over any other information with us. we did not realize it was the wrong phone until we were leaving and told the guy that it was the wrong device and he told us he did not have a manager there at that time so I would have to come back tomorrow and have the order canceled or i could wait until the phone came in and change it out. We called customer service and thought everything was fixed but it was not. decided to change service so went into store to return phone. manager walked up and advised him what we were doing he told me we would have to wait until someone finished then i told him that was the person who messed up my order and i did not want him to help me. he told me okay and that to give him a moment. I told him my baby and his father were in the car couldn't he just do it and he said no. After waiting several minutes he finally came and asked what happened. I told him. He gave a bs reason why my number was changed from the primary number. Made no comment, apologies or excuses for the paperwork that was not reviewed or signed by me. And when I said I had not gone back to my old phone because I was headed down the road to Verizon he just stopped talking to me

Rick, Cort and Caleb are amazing!! Very friendly and helpful!!! Great service!! The best experience I have ever had with At&t!!! If you ever need anything talk to these guys they will help you and make sure you have everything you need and go above and beyond!!!
