I have been really disappointed with AT&T in the past when it was a monopoly, but they have made a lit of changes to help it's customers. Their internet is still a little slow.

Akia was great. She was quick and showed enthusiasm with helping me with both my phone and watch. I am going to recommend her to a colleague who needs a new phone today. He is also an AT&T customer who needs a new phone like YESTERDAY. Fonz was also very helpful but most of all entertaining. I love the energy at this location.

We had the pleasure of working with Taseanah! Although I only upgraded one phone She gave me lots of options in adding more lines and other upgrades on other lines. She taught me about fiber too. All together she had a great attitude! I will be back to see her!

You (the company) rely too heavily on automation. When someone has a specific question, even store reps have to use a website or a phone prompt. AT&T has taken BILLIONS in subsidies from the US government, yet all you care about is PROFIT. Do you think consumers like walking into a store for help then being told to call a 800 number which is fundamentally a recorded message that directs them to a website?? Total waste of time and GARBAGE customer service. This is not a reflection of this store or its employees. This company is the worst in the industry.

Britney Jelks was my representative today with AT&T. She was very polite and informative. She helped answer any questions I had and was very tentative to my needs and requests. Thank you for excellent service today.

Akia was literally the best customer service rep I’ve EVER had the pleasure of working with. I was very skeptical of moving over to AT&T but she assured me that everything will move over without interruption in service. So far so good!! She made me and my family feel as welcome and as comfortable as possible. She definitely needs a raise.

I went to this store with a problem with something to be fixed on my iPad&. I was helped right away. When l started asking about the streaming instead of satellite dish, Taseanah explained it and l set up a time to get it installed. She and the store manager came out today. Took 15-20 min with both setting up 2 TVs. I appreciate the extra time and effort Taseanah took with me. She told me to contact her if l have any questions. After they left, l texted her several times with questions. She replied quickly and l believe l can finally work it. I feel free to contact her if l need to. I appreciate her patience and assistance in learning the new system. She was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. I'll refer my friends to her for new AT&T products.

My mother has tried for four months to correct a problem with her AT&T bill. Fonz greeted us at the door, listened carefully to our problem, and came up with a solution after we have run into roadblock after roadblock before our visit to this store to resolve this issue. He and Britney were polite and respectful and my mother left the store within 30 minutes satisfied. We really appreciated them going the extra mile for us.
