I went to the AT&T store to transfer my account to a family plan as well as trade in my phone for a new one. Joshua Love, my consultant, who was personable and very knowledgeable, took care of me, including the flawless transfer of several pictures, apps, contacts, text messages, etc. in an amazingly short period of time!

Quick in and out for a phone upgrade, that was nice. However, Sales rep signed me up for Asurion protection plan without my knowledge. Found out by Asurion sending me a welcome email.

Josh L. was AMAZING. I had a lot of stuff on my phone, so when doing the data transfer took hours (it said 8 hours at one point). He was incredibly helpful with, not only my phone, but also my mom’s. I HIGHLY recommend this store for any needs you may have.

I came into the Airport road store with a big challenge regarding multiple phones and sales associate, Josh Love was absolutely amazing. He took his time helping me brainstorm multiple solutions and was very thorough with what would be the best for me budget wise. It’s so great knowing people are still out there that genuinely enjoy taking care of customers. He connected with me on a personal level and related to me, while still being extremely professional. I think people like Josh should be rewarded for how they care for customers just as much as their “quotas” they need to meet regarding the sales side of the job. Thank you Josh for taking a huge stress about my business and making me feel more in control!

A family member died. I took the death certificate to a store, waste of time - no manager, no help. I spent hours on the phone with loyalty, who couldn't help and sent me to another store. That 2nd store could neither accept the death certificate nor phone. Wife went to 3rd store after ensuring a manager was present. We were told every was handled. I just got a $900 bill for my wife's dead mother on my family plan. We spoke to another store manager and they couldn't help either. What kind of scam is this??I can't imagine worse customer service. 3 trips to stores and hours on the phone with multiple loyalty representatives, all for nothing. I can't wait til our phones are paid off so get away from ATT and their horrible customer service experiences. We'll be swapping our home internet provider ASAP.

They are playing games in my daughter subdivision. They do not have enough ports so they unplug one paying customer to plug someone else in and then when they complain they come out and unplug another person to plug them in. It’s like a game of musical chairs been going on for two or three weeks, my daughter caught them red-handed today. The tech even admitted it that he had to unplug her in order to finish her work order for somebody else.

Josh was absolutely wonderful! He knew what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted. Any time I need a new phone for me or anyone on my line I always wait until Josh is working. I hope that he never leaves AT&T!

Needed a new screen protector and case for my iPhone 12 and luckily got the last one. The sales attendant was wonderful and replaced my old one. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Reps WILL lie about inventory. If you are upgrading tell them it’s a new line up until they ring it out.They lose money when you upgrade and make money off of new lines and lies.

Horrible experience today. I went in to have my phone taken off of my grandmother's plan and added to my own. Simple enough, NOT! I was at the store from 2 until closing. They continuously struggled with getting it to work. After they told me it was all working correctly, I get into my car in the parking lot to see that I have no cellular data whatsoever. I went back into the store and they worked on it for hours. Switched Sim card, was on the phone with tech support. The manager did not help in any way, barely acknowledged that I was even there. She left me and the worker in the store 30 minutes before closing; therefore, the worker could not ask her for assistance. I know the worker was trying her best to do what she knew how, but the manager should not have left like that. The whole experience was very unprofessional and they never fixed the issue. Tomorrow I am cancelling my account and going to Verizon.
