I had an issue with intermittent service for 5 years. They finally sent me a new tower. When I tried to install I was on the phone for 2+ hours only to discover they had not activated it which required getting a supervisor and only to find out the new unit was not compatible with my wall modem. Scheduled a repair man to come the next day between 12 and 4. No one has shown up and it is 4PM. up.Buy any other service but AT&T Uverse. Terrible service, worse support. Cost me six hours of my personal time and it still does not work.

It has been over 10 days now, scheduled 3 appointments for a tech to come out and fix our internet, no tech has shown up for the 3rd time and spent easily an hr on all 4 phone calls and still nothing is fixed! The customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced.If I had another option for an isp I would take the in a heart beat!They don't even deserve a star on this.

Scheduled an install two weeks in advance, they never showed without any notice. Poor customer service. I will be placing a complaint on the BBB.

Over-priced, often disrupted service, customer service is NEVER anyone in the same hemisphere. Still fighting with them. Awful.
