My husband and I walked in today to upgrade our iPhones and we waited nearly 30mins and were not greeted by the employee or acknowledged at all. I understand she was helping another customer but she could have greeted us. At one point she even walked right past us and still completely ignored us. She also wasn’t being much help to the customer that was upgrading his phone.. she was making him do everything and he wasn’t sure how to do it and she just sat on the other side of the table not saying anything. She seemed completely bored with her job. We left to drive further away to a different at&t to get our new phones. This is the second bad experience we’ve had at this location.

Went into this location multiple times! 2 out of the 3 times i’ve been I was assisted by Charlie and would like to give him a great thank you and good review for his awesome character! Well spoken man who provides a great service with a smile and words of affirmation! Another time I was assisted by a lady who was pregnant but I forgot her name. She was also amazing! Though on that day we couldn’t perform any transaction due to a minor inconvenience. All in all this store gets my approval and will be a forever at&t customer.Also please give these at&t workers all of their rightful discounts back for their convenience and pockets. Lol

Service was not good. I came in asking about purchasing an Apple watch. Was given just a blanket price didn’t ask if I had an account or if I was interested in one. Told her I had an account and was then told a different price then basically asked if I had any more questions. Did not seem interested in selling me a watch at all… or being at work for that matter… which is super unfortunate because mine died and I’m looking to buy one today. Was trying to avoid going straight to Apple but at least I know there the service will be better.

I had the best experience at this store with the help of Makenzie! She went out of her way to fulfill every need and question that i had, while maintaining a smile and a positive attitude! Will definitely be back! Amazing service!

I have never had an issue with this store or anyone working there until today. I've been having phone issues for a week. I went to another store while I was away for work and called into FirstNet and can't get the problem resolved. I went in to the store today to get help. I couldn't even explain the problem or what we have done without getting talked over and told that "if the phone is working now, there's nothing that can be done." That's the problem. It's glitchy on cell service, but I could never get that out to the person I was trying to talk to. Needless to say, as soon as I got home, it's not working again. I was the only person in the store, so they weren't busy. I guess I just wasn't there to buy anything, so why be helpful? So disappointed with this trip to our community ATT store.

Shakayla at ATT store was fabulously awesome! Not only did she remember me when I came back (for the 2nd time in 2 week time period), she remembered my name! I’m sure she deals with a lot of people every day, so I have to say that’s quite an impressive feat in a customer service industry. The girl knew her stuff, but if it was something random (like the weird questions I ask), she was quick to ask her manager. And she was patient with all those weird questions I ask. Definitely ask for this girl when you go in this store. She’ll make you want to come back!p.s. - The store manager at this time (September 2022) was also awesome. Sorry I don't remember your name!You ladies ROCK!

Can’t seem to setup a new internet connection. Set someone out and they couldn’t figure it out. Three days later still no internet or even a call back.

I went in to the store to get some information on how and if I could obtain a business phone number without having two phones. I was greeted by Mr. Malcolm and Mr. Daniel. They had the upmost customer service manners, that all customers desire! They answered all my questions and concerns, in which I had quite a few, in a manner that gave me great understanding and comfort for my then, potential purchase. They were professional, patient, courteous, informative and knowledgeable! I recommend, if you have a cellular need, please consider visiting this store and the entire professional and friendliest staff, for a great experience!
