“Dryer stopped working Wednesday evening. Did research online for issues ect and sourced parts. Called Fox when they opened Thursday morning. Told them what I was dealing with and Jeff set me up with the parts. 11am Thursday I had my dryer repaired. Highly recommend”

“My apologies as I forgot to write this review awhile ago, but my fiancé and I decided to visit Babcock in search of an adjustable bed. Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted by Jarvis. He made our experience one to remember because of the impeccable customer service that he provided to us. He’s was very professional, knowledgeable and very attentive to all of our needs and was very patient as my fiancé and I asked a plethora of questions in order to make the right decision on purchasing the perfect bed we desired. Once we decided on what bed and mattress we wanted, Jarvis and his co-worker, Justin, work diligently to get us the best deal that ironically fell within our budget. Might I add Justin was the icing on the cake as he was just as professional and just as helpful and knowledgeable as Jarvis. Once we were ready to make the purchase, my fiancé and I both ran into technical difficulties with our banks because of such a large amount being taken out & these gentleman were very patient as we worked through the aforementioned. Once we were done, Jarvis let us know when to expect the bed. Once we received the bed, there were a few minor issues, but once I voiced my concerns to Jarvis, he was on it. He even spoke to his manage to inform him of my concerns and the manager along with the movers personally came out to our house and the manager himself fixed the issue and ensured I was happy prior to leaving! Talk about all around impeccable customer service. Without a single doubt, I would definitely recommend this furniture store and these guys hands down! They made our experience one of the best! “I went in with the gift card I got as a gift. Asked for help from a couple employees and they steered me right. Got to the cashier and saw I lost the card. She was very sympathetic. I paid for my items and went back to look for the card. Ran into a different employee that offered assistance and I explained looking fir the card. I leftI got to my truck and heard a guy yelling at me. The lady employee (Adrian) had found it and ran out to get it back to me!!! Great staff.”

“Friendly and helpful are the operative words here. I went in pretty much to look at center channel speakers, but instead ended up canceling my order on Amazon for my new Onyko receiver and happily walked out the door with it, well, I was recovering from surgery, so they took it to the car for me. The cost difference was only the difference in Huntsville tax vs rural Marshall County, a difference I happily paid to support a local location. I have been in this location few times and I always feel appreciated. This will now be my go to spot for audio equipment!”
“We stopped by Home Depot to look at storm doors. They have a larger selection compared to Lowe's. While we were browsing, hubs had a few questions to ask about delivery fees, measuring, whether they haul the old storm door away and more. We couldn't find anyone near the storm doors so we started walking towards the shower doors to see if we could find help there. Two HD employees were down the aisle and I asked them if they could help us. Both eagerly followed back to the storm doors. These two HD employees worked in Appliances. One of them, Ron Wood, went to look for the HD employee that worked in the storm doors area to help with questions. Once the storm door employee was found, he didn't have a tape measure so Ron Wood went to get my husband one. Ron helped him measure the distance from the base to the door handles and the base to the deadbolt. After looking at several doors, we picked a replacement storm door, purchased it and set up delivery. Ron Wood was of great help. If you are interested in appliances, please stop by and let Ron Wood help you find what you need. He provides excellent customer service.”
“Called two hours before I made it to the store and spoke with Luke he said to ask for him when we got there he greeted us at the door. He didn't try to push the most expensive item at us but helped us find the best product for our budget and then helped load it would highly recommend him and I do believe the kid deserves a raise for being a great sales associate”
“I have always, loved Aaron's. They have two of my favorite people there on university, Lonnie, and Latoya. They are very knowledgeable and friendly and like doing business with them. When you have good employees you have good productivity. ?”
“While at the self checkout, every terminal needed assistance from the staff, including mine, and staff was nowhere to be found. When she did show up it was apparent she was not very familiar with the equipment.
I needed a sheet of plywood cut in half and the elderly gentleman that cut it for me took his time to make sure it did not have ragged edges. I was pleasantly surprised when he followed me out to the parking lot to help me load.”

I was given realistic expectations on price based on the descriptions of what i looked for and was pleased to see they cared that i got quality and stayed within my budget.
