Super friendly and helpful! I came in with my 9 year old son, just to look, because he'd never been in an Apple store before. I let them know right away that we were only looking and had no intentions of making a purchase, so we wouldn't waste their time, but they were still so kind and offered to help us regardless.

Worst place to shop ever. Even after being a loyal apple customer nobody wants to serve you. even after asking for help and waiting for 15-20 minutes while the employees are forming a group and laughing and having fun. Never coming back. Will order online.

The lead lady and the shorter super expert host were absolutely amazing!! They heard all my issues and took all the time to explain everything and help me resolve my issues.. they helped me even tho my issues ended up being ATTs problem not even these ladies problem!!! But they still heard me and helped me all the way...both of them went above and beyond.. with the way customer service is today these ladies deserve a big raise for giving their best!!!! (TO THEIR BOSS I DIDN'T GET THEIR NAMES DUE TO THEIR PERSONAL REQUEST BUT PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LOOK UP WHO THEY ARE BY MY NAME KRISTIN TERRY, I CAME IN ON 3/27/24 AROUND 1:30-3:30!!!!! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO SOMETHING FOR THEM THEY ARE KEEPING YOUR PLACE GOING!!) THANK YOU LADIES SO MUCH YALL KNOW WHO YALL ARE :)

Just had a really bad experience here. The staff is friendly and started helping me quickly, but the good stops there. I had a warranty issue with an iPhone case, and was referred by Apple’s phone support to get the replacement at the Apple Store. Anyway, the associate asked for assistance when trying to decide if they were going to fulfill my warranty or not. Two other associates joined her, and talked (somewhat loudly) right next to me about whether or not they were going to replace it. I am not exaggerating, this went on for thirty minutes. They finally came over and explained that since it looked like the case had been dropped before, they wouldn’t replace it. The issue had nothing to do with drop damage, however, sitting there waiting for a total of 45 minutes listening to them talk about if they were going to help me or not was super unprofessional and off putting. Honestly don’t care they didn’t replace my $60 Apple case, but wow. 45 minutes to get a verdict? A verdict that contradicted what Apple’s phone support team told me? It’s impossible to leave a situation like this feeling good.

Went in there to get a tablet replacement which went rather quickly since I had an appointment. However, the man assisting me did not help me back up my iPad before He wiped my old iPad and now I have to wait 24 hours to get access to my iPad again. He said he was the manager, name is John(older guy with short white hair and goatee), and in my opinion, I believe if he was the manager then he should have known to let me back up my iPad before he wiped the old one. He had to ask one of his associates for help just to get me to account recovery. Horrible customer service. He definitely needs retraining.

Lied to me about having to mail off aipods for replacement. They can replacement in store after 3 trips up to the store. Apple phone support isn’t much help either. Selling my Apple products and stocks because wowwwwEdit: It took a call with advanced Apple support and an official complaint filed with Apple and another trip to the store for the manager to look scared for his life and correct my issue the exact way it should have been handled the first time!!!
