“We have lived at The Collins for over 2 years and love it here. The location is great and the amenities are the best. We love the pool, the dog park, and the gym. It is a great community of people living at the collins and we have had a great experience throughout our time here!”
“I lived at The Villas at Nature Walk for just under a year while I looked for and purchased a house and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The apartment homes are very well maintained, management, office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely community and I made several friends during my short time there. I will miss the convenient location, amenities and the beautiful nature trail. If you’re looking for the perfect place to rent and call home, give them a call.”

She makes sure to constantly send out memos and reminders to all tenants on what’s going on and the next move. “I really like living at The Eclipse. The property management Beth and Katie have been gracious, kind and patient with me. I’m a senior citizen and all the technology was a bit of a challenge at first;
however with their assistance it’s all seems so convenient now! Love living close to the park and my apartment faces east so the morning sun is wonderful ☀️ It was a lot for me to downsize from a 1700 square foot house to my 670 square foot apartment, but now it’s perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️?

“My boyfriend and I just moved out of the bridges, but not for any negative reasons; we just bought our own home. We moved into the bridges over a year ago as our first place to live in Huntsville after moving across the country from Washington state and I am so glad we chose the bridges! The ladies in the office are extremely nice, accommodating, supportive, and everything you’d want in an apartment complex. Any time maintenance needed to enter our apartment, sufficient notice was made and the maintenance people were just as nice and professional. It was sad to leave our apartment at the bridges but we are on to a new chapter in our life!”

“My home. They are timely on maintenance requests. Don't have bugs. I get along with the neighbors. We live and let live around here from my experience so far. . Only thing I don't like is a tow truck running around making life hard for folks. But over-all it's good place to live. Good location. Decent rent price. Good size for my family. Some things could be better but I'm not gonna complain. So far positives outweigh the negatives. Except for the live-in tow truck. -minus a star for that.”

“I have only stayed here a couple of months so far and I want to say I have really enjoyed it so far:) and I have to say Maintenance team has been very helpful every time I’ve had a problem. My fridge was acting up and ended up needing a new fridge and they were quick and efficient! And kind! Shoutout to them! And shoutout to the staff, Ms. Dawn has been very helpful to me and answering all my questions!”
“So far so good. We moved in from India and it has been really good starting from initial correspondence to move in. We feel safe and home here. The property has plenty of space for my kid to play around and car parking never been an issue. Also, security person guard every night from 8pm to 4am.”
