I would like to let everyone know that this store is awesome. I was in a panic trying to find my youngest grandson a specific AL Jersey in small. I did so many searches on the internet and Alumni Hall in Huntsville, AL came up that they had one so, when I went to check out it was no longer available. I sent a message to the store an Allie returned my message with a phone number to call so, I called and they had the Jersey that I was looking for and put it in the mail yesterday and I received it today. It was beyond my expectations. I would like to recognize Allie, Andee and Kyerra - all three of these ladies have the best customer service skills ever.Please visit their store or website and be sure to make your sports purchase, I promise you will not regret it.

I couldn't believe this place only had one star! Normally I would give it four stars, perhaps subtracting one for cost, but today call me the equalizer. Great selection for Alabama and Auburn gear. Quality stuff, and they offer student and military discounts! Five stars for me!

I bought a University of Alabama hoodie for my new grandson as a Christmas present. He has since grown more than I anticipated. So, I came back to this store to exchange it for a larger size. At the time, I was unable to locate my receipt. The staff informed me that I had to have the original receipt in order to exchange it. They were very short with me when I questioned that policy, and were, in fact, quite rude. When I got home, I put in an extensive search through all my Christmas gift receipts and discovered the receipt. There in black and white on the back of the receipt it says "After 30 days or without the original receipt, an exchange or store credit will be given for returns at the lowest selling price within the past 60 days." The staff should be trained to be helpful and polite and to know the store policies. We won't be back.

I use to work here and the manager Nicole is the worst manager I’ve ever had. She has issues that she needs to solve. She nags at everything you do. Nothing is right. She finds excuses to nag. She made working with her/for her miserable. I hated closing with her. She sat in the back half the shift. And did absolutely nothing. I hope she doesn’t work there still and if she does I don’t know how she is still there. She was super rude to customers and would belittle us in front of customers and in emails.

We ordered an Auburn SEC basketball champions shirt for our son for his birthday this week. Not sure which location it shipped from, but the note on photo was included with the shirt! He loved it!
