Was given a 9:30 am appointment four days earlier. Was told if I wait until 10:00 the traffic would be better.
I waited an hour. No show. Left my wheel there hoping they would show up. Called several times. Calls went to voice mail. Left message.
Finally drove back over at 12:30. My wheel was where I'd left it at 10:30. Still no one there.
I'd be glad to retract this 1-Star review if they had some sort of family emergency, otherwise this is totally unprofessional.

Two weeks later. Hit a diabolical pothole that bent a wheel, a 24X10 wheel. Had vibration and would not hold air too long. Could only find two places in town to get it fix it and this place was $120 less than the other place. Not only that they were able to get me in and out in one day unlike the other place that quoted a week. Family owned operation and every single person had outstanding customer service. They all made sure I was comfortable while I waited, it was hot out they offered water and Gatorade and ever a cell phone charger if needed. After they were done you could not see with the eye where the bend was. Put the wheel back on and road like it was new. Zero complaints. Hope to never have to use them again but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.

This is one terrific place to take your car for rim repair and brake caliper redesign. John, the owner/operator, and his family are absolutely amazing people and professionals! They did a phenomenal job on my high end Land Rover rims and brought them back to factory perfect. They did this work in one day and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend this company and will be doing much more business with them on my other cars. Thanks so much!!!

Highly recommend Alloy Wheel Repair. We had some minor curb damage to wheel on a '23 Audi. They provided thorough explanation of repair process and a very reasonable estimate. Dropped the car off in morning and was ready that evening. Very satisfied with repair, restored to factory / showroom condition.

This place is fantastic. I had a cracked rim for over a year and a slow leak because of it. These guys got it welded up and back to in great shape. The cost was also fantastic. I can not recommend these folks highly enough.. Super super nice to deal with.

Experienced a flat on the way to work and had to drive quite a ways until I could pull over.. brought my bent rim down and they fixed it no problem. Decent pricing considering the outcome. Took them half a day vs the first place I went saying it would take them 8 days.. You can’t even tell it was ever bent! Definitely recommend them and will return if need be in the future! I had two bent rims repaired that was causing my tires to leak. This place did a great job, they are very professional and guarantee their work. I dropped my vehicle off on Monday and they had it ready on Tuesday. The other wheel repair place I called was a wait of minimum 5 days. I highly recommend their service.

It’s a nice family run business. I had a bend in a rim a few weeks ago. I was able to fix it the same day without holding my vehicle, I was able to drive around on my spare for a few hours unlike other providers in the area, they quoted me 8 to 10 days and had to keep my vehicle.I waited two weeks just to make sure the work they did was good and so far no issues. The rim is great.

Top notch service! Seriously, these guys are the best. It's never a good day when you bend a rim, but knowing they are around to help you out when misfortune finds you is definitely a small comfort. If you get attacked by the Alabama Pothole Gremlins, you don't need to look any further. This is the place to go!
