They decided to raise my monthly rate by 2/3 of my regular payment (over $200) with no accidents or tickets. Only explanation was "inflation". Do not recommend.

Customer service call center is a joke everyone of them are the rudest and ghetto representatives I have ever ran across when you call. It is always something with your bill they quote one price and every month it goes up with no one one the phone can explain their only answer is do you want to pay or naw?? I am starting to think that's in all the agents script because everyone says this.

First and foremost, these are the most rudest,unprofessional,lying,people I’ve ever had to deal with. My policy went up from 62 dollars to 97 dollars without an incident. Just because I told them I didn’t want them automatically taking my payment out every month. I told them I didn’t agree to that and she said you had 14 days to change it. Why would you enroll me in autopay without my consent? They really need to be investigated they are conniving and act as if you are wrong for asking questions about YOUR money! How crazy is that. They don’t deserve no stars, when you finally reach someone on the phone after you wait 15 to twenty minutes, they act as if you are interrupting them! They sent me an email 2 days after I paid my bill saying, if you don’t make a payment by this date your insurance policy will be canceled! Can you believe this Crap! I was told this is the company policy, No wonder they act the way they do, the company is corrupt. Think very hard before you get this insurance and view your policy thoroughly, don’t let them fast talk you, clarify what you want before you get off the phone. This is the closest thing to a scam that I’ve seen.
