I listen to Conrad’s podcasts. I have contacted 1st Family twice over the past few years. I am trying to pay off my mortgage with one of the dreaded banks. Twice they could have sold me on refinancing. Both times they have told me to continue to sending in extra principal instead of refinancing. Both times they have spent quality time with me on the phone answering my questions at no cost with nothing in it for them. They are prompt honest people that will help you even if it doesn’t help their financial bottom line. Call them up! They will help!

The name says it all......FAMILY! Larry, Frances, and Holly were great to work with, and were so down to earth, which made me feel like I was working with family members. 1st Family Mortgage helped me purchase my childhood home. Not only did they make the process easy for me, they made it easy for my mother to sell it with out any headaches. I recommend everyone to use 1st Family Mortgage.

The entire home purchasing process with 1st Family Mortgage was way easier than I anticipated. From the first conversation with Frances to explore my qualifications to the detailed application and approval process with Holly and Larry was so smooth. Everyone communicated regularly and answered questions quickly every time I reached out. Highly recommend!

We had contacted 1st family mortgage at the start of COVID about financing a home. They told us they would finance, but we would need a down payment. However, if we would take these steps on our credit report and check back, we might possibly get a no down payment loan. For the last 2 years we have taken all the steps they advised, and in July we were financed with no down payment. The process was super easy, with all the paperwork completed in the first 5 days! My family will never finance with anyone else!

I’be been a huge Conrad fan since day one of the Flair podcast but now I’m a huge 1st Family Mortgage and Larry Thompson fan. Day or night he was promptly answering any questions we had. He’s very knowledgeable and patient. Frances helped us immensely in the very beginning and gave us great advice and is a very pleasant person. Give her a raise Connie! We can’t wait to refinance when interest rates go down to normal levels but Larry helped us get the lowest possible rate until then. You can’t go wrong with the Save With Conrad and the 1st Family team. I now see why Conrad continues to be so successful. I appreciate his knowledge and his team. There are not enough good things in the universe to say about 1st family. From the first conversation MONTHS before we were ready to the very last thing we needed before closing that morning the 1st family mortgage team treated us, well, like family. They took the time to teach me about mortgages and went over my finances with me and help me create a plan to get where we needed to be. Absolute rockstars, we will never go with anyone else for any new house we buy or refinance and I’ve told every single person I meet about them! Just the absolute BEST!!!!

One word comes to mind " Professional " . Our household had three huge unexpected financial emergencies that really took a toll on our household budget. What separated this company was their willingness to listen and have compassion for the customer. Diane was wonderful to work with I highly recommend her , Conrad Thompson and the rest of his professional staff has made a huge impact on my financial well-being which has given us tons more financial breathing room. Everything they said was true as per the commercial I encourage you don't wait any longer just give them a call. They have many options and they will be truthful if they can help, they won't waste your time. And I forgot to mention my credit score is now in the 800s . Thank you for 1st Family Mortgage Company.

I had high expectations considering all the strong ads with Conrad promising to help and positive reviews of folks praising the company, but it’s all smoke and mirrors. The communication was just terrible. The advisor they assigned us to, Diane, basically ignored us for 10 days. If I asked a question, she’d dance around the answer, never really saying anything. She’d set a timeframe and then fail to meet the expectation she established, though she’d never actually say anything. I sincerely hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They made what should be an exciting endeavor, buying a house, into something frustrating and disappointing with their dishonesty. I turned to another lender and got approval with a day-and-a-half. Trying to work with this company was nothing but a headache. Diane was the definition of unprofessional and when I tried to sort it out I just got spun around more with half-truths. If you are looking for a mortgage, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Don’t let this company ruin the experience like they tried to do for us.

We actually had a lot of issues with our purchase and closing, but most of it originated from everyone but our lending agent, Jimmy McColpin. He was great all the way through: great communication, flexibility, and we felt he was honest at all steps through the process. We would definitely recommend this company, and Jimmy specifically.

The staff was wonderful and patient because it is a stressful process but they take a lot of that out. Thank everyone at SAVE WITH CONRAD!!!

Carlos made the loan process super easy for us and was extremely helpful, even with us being behind on things and making his life unnecessarily difficult.
