Update : this location has completely started to suck big time. They are in the process of doing major remodeling. I honestly think they are trying to accommodate for their lack of trained associates. They're completely changing the layout of the store. And in my opinion the layout of the store is not going to improve customer service in any way. I was recently in the store and made a large grocery purchase of over $400. A cashier stood and watched me scan every item because they made me get in one of those other lines that is still self-checkout but it's got the longer conveyor belt. And then after all that they still stopped me at the door and went through my receipt almost one item at a time claiming that I didn't ring up everything. The woman got really ugly with me and we did share some words, the manager came over and got on to her right in front of me and told her to shut up and not to talk to customers like that. He took the receipt looked it over and told me to have a nice day. I think they need to go back and do some retraining of some of their employees. This is by far my least favorite location. Surprisingly the selves were stocked and it appeared that employees were actually working and not standing around snearing and smirking at the customers
The lines were still ridiculous. I find it funny that there was 2 lines open for the cashiers to actually do the work and every self checkout was open and had lines at every available register. So checkout is still a big set back for this location. They are still ridiculous greeters at the doors spot checking customers and it's almost an insult that after you've done spent an hour wondering around hopefully finding everything you need and spend another hour standing in a line to check yourself out with cameras watching your every move. God forbid if you actually know what your doing and can check out faster than they can fatham, the system will stall and you have to wait on the already stretched to the limit cashier for her to come over and replay your swipes. Finally you check yourself out load your buggy, pay and head to the door to only be stopped to make sure you paid for that toliet paper or bottled water that they won't provide bags big enough to accommodate your purchase. So to ease their minds that after all that you have done in the last couple hours isn't enough for them they stop you at the door and search for that 18 pk of Charmin or that case of water on your receipt. Cause you know that's exactly what you stopped in there for... Was to steal those items too large for a bag.

I dislike the giant wall and two lines for every register at checkout. I don't think I'll be back until it changes, I'll find somewhere else to shop.

Worst experience ever waited 2 hours for a pick up order with fussy kids in the back went inside to to find out what the hold up was because they don’t answer any phones everyone was rude got the run around and still got an email as if my items were picked up and they charged my card I’ll never be back to this particular location!

This used to be one of the better Walmart stores in the immediate area, but the renovated layout of the checkout counters is HORRENDOUS. Such a huge mistake to COMBINE the lines for cart checkout and self-checkout, it makes no sense. The lines are longer and the wait times are longer. The store associates do not seem to be on the same page in terms of explaining this process... It's just all a mess. Store management needs to streamline this process ASAP!

The store appearance is something to get use too. Do need a sigh posted in the fitting room area about what time it closes just for those who come in later after work,
