Ordered a 24/36 collage photo posted online for 50%off with the Offevery coupon. Such a good deal until they cancelled my order by email and said when I called our poster machine down cause corporate doesn’t send us the proper ink for it. Plus normally when I order photos ahead of time they don’t even print them off. I paid for them!

If I could give zero stars I would!! This particular location likes to double dip with the insurance company and the patients! They bill medicaid for 90 day supplies and only give the patient 30 day supplies and then when you run out, try to make you also pay for the 60 days medicaid already paid for!!!! How about hiring store managers and pharmacists with adequate professional and customer service skills??!! How about actually resolving issues that arrise in the drive thru verses calling the police to trespass and arrest your customers. How about fix your app? How about provide proof of what medicaid paid you upon request?? How about THAT to ensure patients never run out of their medications?? I'm done with this pharmacy!!

I have been trying to get my son's medicine refilled since about the end of may. They go from its not available to it needs prior authorization. They then tell me I need to call around to other pharmacies to see if the meds is available instead of doing their actual job. The pharmacist was to call me today about his medicine but called me about how i was doing on some meds I don't even take. Then cancelled his prescription. They are not trying to fill my son's meds and with school about to start back up he needs them asap after having to go a whole summer without them. They need to fire and do a whole overhaul because there is no way a patient is supposed to be without their medication.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever frequented. From the Pharmacy Technicians to the actual Pharmacist, the service is rude and by all means unprofessional and unacceptable. Prescriptions are not reviewed before notifying patrons they are ready, if, they notify you when your prescription is ready. On several occasions we have received notification of filled prescriptions, only to arrive and be told the prescriptions are not only NOT filled, but the pharmacy is out of the medication. Let’s not talk about the incidents where we are told they didn’t have a medication on hand, only to get home and find SURPRISE! they did, and filled the prescription -it’s in the bag. Or, the times where we are told we had one medication filled, and SURPRISE! They filled the script with the wrong medication. Now, how is that acceptable when dealing with elderly patrons? It’s definitely an easy way to seriously hurt someone. On top of this, when the pharmacy notifies you they have made a mistake, the information is given with malice and discontent, as if the patron made the mistake. Enough people have already mentioned the pharmacy drive thru, it’s pretty obvious this also is not one of their strongest services. We have used this pharmacy for years out of convenience, which is likely the only reason anyone is still giving them any business. With three other pharmacies within a 25 mile radius, I am surprised this pharmacy is still in business. The service is deplorable. Walgreens should want to be represented better than this.

This place is horrible.. The wait for a prescription is verrryyyy long for no reason at all. Dropped off a prescription at 2:30 and they said it would be an hour and a half (which was ok because i had an appointment to go to) came back at 4 to pick it up and waited 30 min for the to tell me it wasn’t ready and i needed to wait 15 more minutes! literally just picked it up at 5:48. it should not take over 3hrs to fill a prescription and they act like they don’t even care or apologize for the wait.. Horrible customer service, y’all need to do better. It’s ALWAYS like this and I won’t be coming back, ridiculous!

This location is truly horrific and completely unprofessional. Your doctor will send in your prescription, but they will claim they don’t have it. This has happened at least 4 different times now. After a very serious surgery, I couldn’t get my meds for almost 48 hours. Completely ridiculous and all staff should be replaced.

Pharmacy was to close at 9pm. Inside pharmacy was closed at 7:30 and only drive through open. In 30 minutes moved up only 1 car length with no signs of having movement anytime soon. Currently drive through is wrapped all the way around the bld.

This is my experience with Walgreen's Hueytown, ALFor over 2 years some of my prescriptions are being automatically refilled. I have tried and tried to get this straight, to no avail. Also, it doesn't matter how many times I’ve said DO NOT FILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS FOR 90 DAYS. FILLING MY PRESCRIPTIONS FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS CAUSES MY DOCTOR TO QUESTION MY USE AND/OR ABUSE OF MY PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. Once my address was changed in the system to reflect that I live in Louisiana when I live in Alabama and always have. I have never gotten my prescriptions filled in Louisiana. My prescriptions were automatically filled without my approval and picked up at the Hueytown Alabama location, regardless of my address showing Louisiana.Twice my medication was shorted several pills. Complaining and Reporting seems to fall on deaf ears...management doesn't give a flip! There's usually no employees at the registers. They often have the register open at the photo counter and they do not tell the customers. They could at least put up a sign. The employees always seem like they're mad at the world. They act like they're doing you a favor by checking you out. There's NO pep in they're step. It's like they're being inconvenienced by doing they're job.COMPETENCE IS NOT IN THEIR VOCABULARY!Why RiteAid was closed as opposed to closing Walgreen's is beyond reason. RiteAid was much more efficient and the employees were a lot more pleasant than Walgreen's. I NEVER HAD ONE MINUTES TROUBLE OR CONCERNS WITH RITEAID!Walgreen's needs to step it up. JUST SAY'N!!!

I went in this morning, the store wasn't busy at all. There was no one in the front to check out customers. I went to the pharmacy register and was ignored. Even after I ask for help, I was still ignored. I asked a second time a little more emphatically, and got a response. It'll be a little bit.I understand the struggle to hire good help. But, all someone had to do was say, I'm sorry we will be with you shortly without me asking for help.

This is the slowest, rudest and unprofessional group of people I have ever witnessed in my life. They need new management, need to get organized. I left a prescription at 1:30 pm and was told it would be ready by 3:00 pm, so when I get there at 3:30 it wasn’t ready. I had to sit for 30 more minutes before it was ready. How long does it take to put 90 pills in a bottle. They had 6 people working back there and it takes 2 1/2 hours to fill one prescription. NO I’m sorry, thank you nothing. WHY DID Walgreens close the Rite Aid or just move the people to the Walgreens I don’t know but something needs to be done at this store. I will be calling headquarters in the morning.

This is the worst Pharmacy in the country. They are RUDE SLOW AND DISRESPECTFUL!! They ignore customers and have bad attitudes with the customers. They could not read my wife's prescription correctly, that had all of her medicines clearly on the prescription and kept telling her that it was not on the script and she was trying to get medicine she needs for seizures. The tech said that it was not there and she was trying to get free pills. They finally after 2 hours of phone calls and going up there looked at the script again and saw it was on there and filled it after accusing my wife of drug seeking. Lucky for them I was not present at the time. If i could give them negative stars I would.

The pharmacy customer service is horrible. Another worker asked another employee to help assist two other customers and myself. The employee did not move. They have several workers in the back but no one is getting things done except for one person running both the drive thru and the front counter. That’s inconsiderate for her and customers. My prescription was sent over early this morning but was marked out of stock. I had to wait another 15 minutes along with waiting in line. Maybe if the customer service was better I wouldn’t mind waiting.
