The worker there was extremely rude and unprofessional. Why would she ask me to reach out to a California post office when the company have all the notes. My sons obituary was being send and she did not care at all that it was not send. Professionalism is key. She failed

I've always had polite carriers and bought a larger mailbox so they can put packages inside mailbox to save walking up my long yard. I've had no problems with my mail deliveries. They are short handed at times, which leads to later night deliveries, but I get my mail.

We have had an online store for years. I ship packages daily and never had a problem. They are always nice and courteous as well.

I live on a busy highway and a package was delivered and just laid on the ground by my mailbox. We can't even see our mailbox from our house my husband just happened to see the package when he went to the street to get garbage can. Tried numerous times to call but no answer.

Post office hueytown never answer a phone call. I never get all my mail. I get emails on mail that i supposed to receive and my mail never gets dropped off. I get mail 2 or3 times a week. Usps hueytown are freaking slow and lazy. Bad service.

Getting really frustrated with only getting mail maybe 2-3 times a week. Then, if the person delivering the mail doesn't get to our house, they just put that "customer requested to have package picked up." No, I have not. If we get mail by 5pm we are shocked because it's usually not brought until 8-9pm, that is if it's delivered at all. They refuse to answer the phone. And all of this has been going on for a LONG time.

The one in Hueytown,Al.is pretty good. But the overall postal service in our country or let me say numerous states participated in election results!!! They was given 25. Billion in 2020 and they didn't need the money, scratch your head on that one!!

Worst postal office is Hueytown, Al. No one there cares if you get your mail or not, manager is useless. Can't depend on them to get anything to you. I wish merchants would find an alternative way to ship because the postal service is horrible.

Our mail lady delivers mail when she wants too. Also, If she doesn't feel like getting your package out the back she will say you requested to have it held!!! Im getting so furious with our mail lady about this recurring issue. her manager doesn't care customer service doesn't care!!! Its ridculous!

Something needs to be done with this place. It’s sad that they can decide to show up when and if they want and there is nothing we can do about it. They refuse to fix this problem. There have been countless times I’ve waited all day for something important to arrive on the day it’s out for delivery and they won’t show up until the next day. No explanation. Some of us can’t afford to wait sometimes. I’ve never experienced a usps location that just doesn’t bother to show up as many times as this place and when they do manage to grace us with our mail, it can range anywhere from 2-9pm. This is getting ridiculous.
