This was the only store out of the 4 stores I called that had the iPhone 12 for my daughter's phone upgrade and reassured me they wouldn't run out before I got there because they had a good quantity in stock. When I got their the store environment was so inviting and friendly that myself, another customer, and a few associates had several funny conversations about the other customer kids and my kids as well. The sales associate I had was very knowledgeable about why the price in-store was higher than the price that was quoted to me over the phone by a customer service representative. She was even kind enough to go a step further to show me the breakdown of the phone price and she just treated me VERY kindly.

Ty is the sweetest, nicest and most helpful person I have ever met who works at T-Mobile. She went above and beyond in helping me purchase a new iPhone for my mother. I went to multiple stores prior, all no help, then I called Ty at Hueytown Tmobile and she said to come on over and she’ll help us right away. We get there 10 minutes before close and she was dedicated to helping us out. In less than 25 minutes, I had a new iPhone purchased with all my data transferred over as well as the e sim being activated. Could not have had a better experience and don’t think any other store could top it. Thank you so much Ty for being wonderful, outstanding, amazing and the most helpful employee with the biggest smile and greatest attitude. If you come to this store, ask for Ty, you will not be disappointed!!! 10/10 A++++ on customer service.

Pulled up at 10:45 to get the free TMobile umbrella today. Store is still closed but it is supposed to open at 10:00 am.

After waiting to be assisted for about 40 minutes, the rep was really helpful. However, they could stand to provide a more efficient service seeing as how only one other customer was in the store being assisted, yet numerous workers came back and forth from the back of the store. Not one seemed to be in a hurry to help anyone.

Rude people work at this location. I walked no one spoke all while looking dead at me. The guy working who back was turned politely turned around and spoke unlike the others. Then the lady asked "what you need ma'am" I said hey how you doing? She waved at me??? I'm growing up because I ignored it. But this won't be the only complaint I turn in. They have no CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TO BE WORKING IN ANYBODY ESTABLISHMENT!! I'm going back Monday to speak with a manager and I'm calling the corporate office. I've been with TMobile for a long time and that was unnecessary and rude to someone who pays their bill on time and I gave no reason for them to be rude to me.

Mali, Jaiden and Dre were awesome. Mali got me set up with upgrading to an iPhone 14 and made it hassle free. Answered all my questions and put up with my awkward jokes. Overall, it was easy and quick. Thank you!

Clean store. Vanessa and Ty were very knowledgeable in products and sevices. Only problem was the internet service was EXTREMELY SLOW! I was there over an hour to set up a new account due to the internet being slow. These two reps made the stay better.

Added 4 lines over the phone. The actual store manager gave me grief because we robbed his employee of the commission. Then tried to charge a $50 per phone activation fee. When asked about it, he said "well maybe next time you'll come in the store".

My experience in t.mobile yesterday was horrible!!! Don’t get me wrong I love the 3 young ladies their customer service is always excellent! But on this particular visit it was an older dark skinned woman working in the store whom had her hair all tied up (Not a good look) no uniform on & she had a friend in and they were very loud & cursing!!! The manager walked by a few times & not one time did he ask for them to keep it down or to watch their mouths. I was very disappointed & thats unusual for me.

Acted like it was complicated or a hassle to start a new phone service (wanted me to do all the work)... I ended up going across the street to spectrum and they were much more friendly and affordable. The lady asked for my phone and did all the work for me

On yesterday While visiting the store the young light skin lady was transferring my information from one phone to another and one of the Employees there was Cursing and having very inappropriate and non work related conversations with another customer . The Young lady that was assisting me informed me that she was a lady from Corporate and she apologized for the disturbance . I hope someone reaches out to me soon because that’s not a way to run a business
