I gave Spectrums' Internet a second chance because they gave me a 30 day free trial. Salesperson said, if not happy just return equipment to nearest store and that's it. Once I realized their service hasn't gotten much better, I packed everything up. I walk in the store to see both employees sitting at their little desks. I said, excuse me I'm returning your equipment. No is there a problem or I'm sorry to hear that, all he said was have you cancelled your service yet? No sir, can I just do that from the app? No, you have to call customer service. Ok, do you have the number? No he didn't the other employee had to look it up. He then tells me after I call I will have to drop equipment off at UPS. I then find out from the super nice customer service woman, almost nothing he told me was true. I didn't have to cancel first, he could of done that when he took the equipment and you can cancel from the app!

MISLEADING STORE HOURS!!!!!!!!This is the closest Spectrum location to Tuscaloosa. I needed to trade in my phone immediately as I am busy every single day, so I took time out of my day to drive 40 miles to Hueytown. The posted hours both on Google and the Spectrum store online say 8 pm close. However, the store apparently closed at SIX for temporary closing hours. This is not posted online and I do not live in Hueytown. How am I supposed to know the store closed at 6??? The lady was rude about it so I just walked away peeved. CHANGE THE STORE HOURS ONLINE.

Very rude... walk in the door and 2 ladies working and NOT one spoke. I had to ask them, do I need to speak first? Worst customer service EVER!!

I've had so many issues with my Internet etc going out in my area when there were no extremes causing the problem. Sucks to have a high bill raise automatically just to keep experiencing issues with it. Get it together people.

In our first experience, we had help and they told us everything we needed to know. Our second experience they were rude and didn't stop talking amongst themselves and told us to figure it out ourselves. I'd definitely rate it a 4 star if it wasn't for the people who were working there when we visited the second time.

They sell phones and handle Spectrum cable equipment. Accessories are very lacking. Don't seem to have very good communications with Spectrum mobile which leads to delays and other problems. That is not to say the team in the store doesn't try hard to please with what they got.

We went in to activate a new phone as the very rude girl said they don't do that. Now we can't. Use our phones after 4 hours on the phone. Very rude girl. We are going back to Verizon.

I had a issue with my new mobile device they were no help at all. A older lady who works there didn’t even care told me to call customer service, for and issue that could be fixed by simply going into my settings and resetting my phone.

This is how u give customer service..I tell u.no other than that when I walked in this store..every gorgeous lady and handsome king in this store greeted me...presidential customer service is what I call these folks so anybody that has spectrum go see these fks and tell them who sent you....awesome staff.Spectrum give these Queens and King a raise...hugs and kisses to the staff at spectrum....

Completely terrible customer service and attitudes from the older lady (really 2 of them) in the store. The younger workers in there were embarrassed I could tell. I went to the Hoover store and they said they hear this all the times about the Hueytown location.
