I called to get my service changed to a new address where I was moving the day they was supposed to be there they did not show up I called them the technician put in the computer that he did to install and finished it and he did not and I had to wait another 3 days for them to come out and put my hook my internet up and I was told they might compensate me but I have not seen anything

Walked in to upgrade to a 16 Plus was told I couldn’t was tryna to tell the lady I did this in Hoover store before I paid to upgrade in store instead of paying off whole phone but couldn’t get a word in kept getting talked over I will never go to this store again just will keep doing my business with spectrum at the store off John Hawkins pkwy

The store was very clean, the customer service rep was knowledgeable. I had to do some things on the other end of another rep in the main office to clear the equipment I was returning they didn’t know what to do or how to do it. The rep in the store did she helped me and the other representative. Now that’s Star ⭐️ service thanks to the lady at the Spectrum Store problem SOLVE.

The man I saw was very helpful and patient!!! We waited 3 hours for my phone to swap over & he never got upset or ill he was actually telling me hang in there it won't be much longer & cut the TV on & put a movie on for us to watch!! Highly recommend the man in the wheelchair (can't remember his name sorry)

I had recently changed cellphone services to charter and was having signal issues. Micah greeted me as soon as I walked in the store. He understood my situation and jumped right on solving my issues. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about cellphones. Very pleased with the service. The store was also very clean.

Crappy service, long wait time, snippy attitudes, absolutely no help whatsoever. All employees were chitchatting and seemed annoyed they were interrupted. Had been talked into trying a different cable box over the phone and promised it only needed to be plugged in - didn't work with the tv so called customer service back and they told me to return it to this store for a traditional box. Employees were extremely rude, threw the box with the returned item on a shelf (and couldn't locate it later). Claimed they couldn't see the box in their system and couldn't replace it. Called customer service back while in the store and they verified it was in the system. Another employee in the store tried to find it in the computer again and again couldn't. Told to get out of line while waiting on hold with customer service again while at the desk to try to sort it out. Ended up with customer service sending a maintenance technician to the house while the store employees were extremely rude and dismissive of the problem. Asked for the original box back and had to look for it myself, employees were no help and couldn't even find where they had thrown it. They never should've taken it in the first place without checking if it was in the system.Godawful experience, felt completely dismissed and disregarded as it "wasn't their problem it wasn't in the system" despite verifying multiple times with the corporate customer service that it was and that this should not have been a big deal to swap the boxes. They seemed angry that I wanted the problem resolved, as most people do for a service they pay money for.

Very prompt and professional service. I walked in, put my name in kiosk, and within 10 min I was addressed and situation taken care of. It was a gentleman that helped me. It actually was so quick in and out, I didn't pay attention to his name. I feel badly about that. But, this was a great experience bc I wasn't expecting it! Any other business Luke this would take 4 hours to handle simple request.
