Great place, great people! Took my mother to Shirley's to have her hair cut and permed. (Yes, some people still have their hair permed.) Thea did Mother's hair. She is the best. Took time to make Mother feel special and did an awesome job on her hair. As comfortable place with great service, comfy waiting area and great conversation.
