Today Kim was in the shop alone. She rushed to do my nails and did a HORRIBLE job. I had to re-polish my toes when I got home. She was on the phone the entire time. I will never go there again.

Not professional people the 2 owners stayed on the phone entire time even though earbuds In their ear getting pedicures should be enjoyable and relaxing and there was 1 person getting her nails done. Not a great place to go to

I’m an out of town visitor. The S&S nail treatment was not good. The top coat was not good quality. It kept chipping/separating from the nail color, even after i went back the next day. The tech claims, bumping my finger caused it to chip. Doesn’t happen when the work is done correctly. Never going back. Wish i could post the pics of the “horrible work (less than 5 days).

Went to get SNS done with tips and Kim did not even ask me how I wanted them finished she cut tips off and didn't finish them she seemed to be upset because she had to come in from the back to do them

I was impressed with the services that I received. The manicure was natural and simple yet nicely. The pedicure service exceptional. The atmosphere was not fancy but the prices were very reasonable. Not going back to this shop. The female was on the phone the entire time she did my nails. 5 days later, I noticed that the powder was not on the side of several of my nails. I went back and was told there is nothing that can be done because my nails grew wider in 5 days. THAT'S NONSENSE. This shop is cheaper than everywhere else and you get what you pay for. Its very clean and nice but for $55 i would expect my pedicure to be amazing. It was horrible. Im expecting a lot for my money i was in and out in 20 minutes. I didn't get a deluxe pedicure i got a goot wash and a polish. I will not be back.
