As a new business owner in the world of Shaved Ice, I was having difficulty finding the Ice blocks needed for my machine. The owner of Artic Ice, Mr. Patrick, had a limited supply of what I needed. Instead of directing me to someone else he started making what I needed. He also advised me on the Shaved Ice business and has helped me so much with useful information on the ins and outs of the business! He has such a wonderful and personable demeanor! Makes me feel welcome everytime I meet with him or call for an order!”

“Neighborhood package store. You get what you get. The young guy who works here is always nice and friendly! Can’t say the same about the old guy. [Maybe try smiling at your customers once in awhile.] Prices aren’t too crazy. Open late hours, which can sometimes be a plus.”

“This liq store is a bit pricey but it seems to make sense because the ABC is kind making a big hassle for them or whatever, but I really do like how I build a relationship with my guy unlike the ABC store where I got to find my own stuff and In Midfield spirits my guy already knows what I get all the time Taaka pint cold :) MY MAN”
