Not welcoming AT ALL! I don’t want to accuse anyone’s his establishment of being “racist”; HOWEVER….my daughter and I went there today hoping to find a prom dress. Unbeknownst to us, you needed an appointment. We walked in, no one greeted us. We walked around, no one said anything to us. Shortly thereafter, another mom and daughter of a different race came in about 5 minutes after us. They were immediately greeted. A separate clerk came from behind the counter, walked to them, asked if they had an appointment, they said no. The clerk proceeded to explain to them the process and engaged in further discussion with them. All the while my daughter and I were overlooked, and left standing there like mannequins. I immediately told my daughter we were leaving and would NEVER patronize a “business” like this. VERY DISAPPOINTING since this is my daughter’s first prom to attend. The excitement of shopping for a dress soon dissolved!!!

I loved it! There were so nice and sweet. They were willing to let you have a say so but also tell you what looked the best. I would definitely go back!!!

Even though I'm a guy I know absolutely nothing about pageants but the ladies at Joyce's absolutely came through in the clutch for my daughter absolutely great service great prices great atmosphere will not go anywhere else but Joyce Thank You ladies

I got my bangs cut here and I love them, Renee Brown did an amazing job on them and the staff was very welcoming, the place was very clean and they were very fast with my hair being done in ten minutes
