Was given another persons medicine. Negligent and unprofessional to say the least… worried to death about her medicine mixing with all the medications in my bloodstream. Panic attacks have been induced due to this pharmaceutical error….

Went to pharmacy this morning after a trip to the ER last night. The gentleman at the pharmacy was able to process the medication immediately and I really appreciate that.
